We compile the financial statements for our monthly and quarterly clients based on the information that is provided to us by the client.

These financials are generally compilations, but we provide review and audit attest services as needed. We provide "after the fact" payroll services, preparing the monthly and quarterly returns, along with any year-end documents that are required, based on the payroll information given to us by our clients.

Casper Willson Wilson & Holmes, Inc., in Mason, Michigan, was formed in 1987, as the successor of an existing business the four principals had been working for as associates for many years. Charlie Casper, Jack Willson, John Wilson and Gale Holmes formed the corporation and in 1988, moved the location of the business from Cedar St. in Mason, to our current location at 120 Washington Street in Mason.
It includes numerous extensions of many tax provisions with various lengths. Some of the changes are permanent, while others extend for one to three years. The pervasive IRS impersonation phone scam has claimed nearly 3,000 victims who have collectively paid over $14 million, according to a new warning from the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration.

Richard Spalding is a CPA for this company which he made very clear when he left a scathing voicemail on our line. Richard Spalding was parked hap-hazardously in our lot and we simply asked him to leave. His response was to call us screaming and tell us he “knew a lot of people in Mason” and that “he would never refer anyone to us”. Seems like an extreme measure for simply asking someone to leave. We attempted to return the call with little success. We have a very poor impression of this company due to their staff's behavior.
