I wish there were a way to rate with zero stars. This place is an absolute joke. If you want to see doctors that do not care about their patients and deal with unprofessional staff, then that is exactly what you will find here. My family has had so many terrible experiences here and will never go back. Save yourself the frustration and go to a practice that has true professionals working there.

I've been coming here for maybe six or so years now and have never had a negative experience. I've probably seen almost all of the doctors and NPs here and always had good experiences that when I call for an appointment and they ask who I want to see I tell them it doesn't matter. Whenever I need to make an appointment and I call in, they are always very kind and accommodating and I'm usually always able to get an appointment in a couple days. The front desk receptionists, medical assistants, phlebotomists, everyone I've came in contact with has always been kind and helpful.

Wonderful, been there for years. Barnett visited me in hospital unexpectedly.
Alan is my guy .... He's awesome. Andy before him left n I was worried about the news she was leaving because he was so great, but Alan fills the shoe just right. I'm not gonna go on as long as I can, they deserve a raise, all of them including the girls who all rock!!
They called the police today on me for dozing of waiting a half hour after my appointment for the referrals I needed. They didn't give me the right referrals for a second time and thought I was drunk. I don't drink, I didn't drive, and they never said

I have been going to shores primary care for over 30 year's, I think they all do a wonderful job. Ms.price, I believe is her name, the lady that draws blood is absolutely the best I've had anywhere, she's kind and gentle and never ever missed a vain, and I have tiny vains.
She's again, thr best I ever had.
Dr. Barnett has been my families doctor since him and his father worked together and I will never switch.

This is the worst doctors office that I have ever dealt with! Both the doctors and the receptionists are absolutely terrible. They will refuse to do the insurance authorizations that you need for your medicine. They take days to respond to your phone calls. They arbitrarily change their policies all the time. You even have to fight with the receptionists to get them to do their job. Avoid this office!

This place has continuously gone downhill. The best dr. they had was a nurse practitioner named Dr. Ankur Patel & he left a few years ago. They barely listen to you or what your symptoms are when you go in & are very dismissive. Currently waiting for my appointment at a new primary care office with a dr. who will actually listen & not tell me to take motrin for everything. Do not go here!

I have been a patient here for over 10 years. The front staff is very business like and the back office staff is kind and patient. I have had to wait because the office is so busy but when I have been suddenly ill they take me the same day. I realize I was squeezed in but grateful for being able to see my doctor that day. Dr. Barnett has always treated me with kindness and never rushes me. Dr. Zilly has always helped me with a warm smile and listens to my every care or concern. Everyone greets me by name and with a smile. I will stay with my doctors at Shores Primary Care.

The old receptionist looks mean and she gets irritated quick. I heard her talk to a few patient over the phone and no costumer service at all, she sounded nasty towards them. The nurse assistance didn't even introduced herself and looks unprofessional, chewing gum and I've never seen her wash her hands. The only good thing about this place is the NP and the female doctor, they're nice and professional. I only came to this place because it's easy to get an appointment, you don't have to wait for few weeks or months, now I know why!!!
