I had the Tint Shop install Xpel paint protection film on my new car. They definitely know what they are talking about abs offered good recommendations. They did a fantastic job with the installation and every single edge was wrapped around. They did a very high quality job and took very good care of my car while they had it. Highly recommended!

So what terrible experience I had today at the tint shop . My flim has cracks in it and they won’t do anything for it . I got this job done about 4 months ago . They even told me it was backed by a lifetime warranty. Well the owner said no and he would meet me 1/2 way if I wanted to get it redone . Please stay away ! Go else where

Made an appointment but on the day of appointment A Lady in back office told me I wasn't on the appointment book. I asked for a price and I get all different prices but they weren't sure exactly how much it was going to cost me. She said a guy name Rob will be in soon and go through the detail. I said how about I'll leave my number and tell Rob to call me. Guess what no phone call. And they were gone by 4pm not 5pm. If they can't figure out their appointment or price, how good are they really about installing your tint? Stay away.

I had my 2016 Mustang GT repaired by Ultimate Collision in Edison and wanted a full nose clear bra done. Ultimate had The Tint Shop do it at a cost of $1,995. I picked up my car from Ultimate and noticed they clear bra'd over a paint chip on the hood. Why would a reputable shop apply film over a chip without notifying Ultimate first? Ultimate had plenty of paint left that could have been used to touch up the small chip.
Ultimate's owner reached out to The Tint Shop to complain on my behalf and to date not a word from Tint Shop.

Here I am several years later and doing another review. The only issue I have is I am not a huge fan of this red tint look. I know its fresh and needs to dry but for some reason looks very very red. Rob put me in a slot short term notice and took care of me by doing all my windows, just do not like the madico charcool I think it is. I much prefer onyx however that is very very difficult to find a dealer that uses it. I just wish they carried the onyx line as this is my favorite auto tint cause of the blackness of it

I've brought 2 vehicles to this place and have been provided with great service each time. The people are professional at handling customers and their vehicles. Their work is excellent. The first car I got tinted at this place was done 5 years ago and the tint still looks great (no fading, no bubbling, no peeling). Highly recommend.

Awesome tint job on my truck. Customer service was fantastic, very professional. Had a small problem with a bubble when I get was picking up the truck but they came outside and fixed it immediately. They sad if it doesn't dry right bring it back and they'd start all over from scratch, but that won't be necessary, the tints dried up perfectly. Price was better then any other shops had quoted me and I couldn't have asked for higher quality work. Completely worth the hour drive from North Jersey. I wont go anywhere else for tints after this experience. Great job guys!

I have been a loyal customer of The Tint Shop for 12 years. They have tinted all of my personal and work vehicles and I have never had any issues. The high quality madico film keeps its color and looks great years later. Be sure to make an appointment because they are a busy shop, which is always a good sign! They recently renovated the waiting area and it is really nice.

I made appointment to have an invisible bra installed on the hood, front bumper, two front fenders and two mirrors on my new 2016 Honda Accord; I dropped it off the night before; it was garaged overnight. The work was finished by three the next day and as I was unable to pick it up, Rich (the owner) garaged my car overnight until I could pickup next day. Upon my arrival the next morning, Rich explained and showed me everything that was done (which included washing the car and doing slight touch up with the paint I happened to have had in the trunk). I was informed that there is very little maintenance

Zero for customer service!! I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance(I could of chosen many other places available)but decided to wait for them.So I arrive there and felt a funny vine.So I'm told my appointment was cancelled and they called me. So they had the wrong number and said they left a message.Either way isn't an appointment and appointment .If I could not make it I would of called them ,cmon I waited 3 weeks. This was my only day off and I had to arrange my day around this. The women did not offer anything special to make it right. I would of expected an appointment later that

Not a good experience with this place. One of the guys working there was very rude and even cursed at me! All because I was confused about a tinting issue.
Plus they smoke Cigarettes in the office! I thought this was illegal now?? (Smoking ban, clean air act)
My advice find another place for your tinting needs....
