I came here a few months ago angry because someone stole my catalytic converter, for those of you who don’t know what it is, it’s a very expensive part of the exhaust. I have a newer vehicle so I knew it was gonna be a headache especially finding out that the part was on back order. but this business and the staff were GREAT! They constantly gave me updates on my vehicle they were always so genuine and spoke to you as a person they were never rude and made the business very smooth. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME service. I was greeted was such warmth and joy by Neil that I was caught off guard. I never been to a collision place where they great you like your walking into the Ritz Carlton. Neil explained everything to me and got me on my way in a very timely matter. They keep me updated with my car and even finish 2 days earlier than noted. If i could give Cherry Hill Collision 10 stars I would. My baby, my Toyota 4 runner got into a fender bender a few weeks before writing this review. I chose CHC due to convenience of distance to my home. I’m so glad I did. First person I met was Neil Scott. He was attentive to my needs. Answered all my questions. After my Jeep was rear-ended, I brought my car to Cherry Hill Collision through a Geico insurance claim. When I brought my car in, the staff were super friendly and professional, ensuring my needs were taken care of. During the course of the repairs, I was frequently updated on the status of the repair and the work was even completed ahead of schedule! Cherry Hill Collision said that with the current parts shortage and delivery delay, our 2016 Nissan Altima bumper repair could take 3 weeks to complete. To our surprise, the job was done perfectly in 4 days. Superb repair, superb service and very professional people to work with. I highly recommend Cherry Hill Collision.

I called Cherry Hill Collision when I was recently in a pinch and needed my car to be repaired before I returned my lease at the end of the month. All of the other body shops in the area had a 3-4 week wait time minimum for repairs. I spoke with Bill who was very friendly and understanding - he asked me to come in to look at the damage. After a brief evaluation, Bill was very flexible and fit me into the schedule only 5 days later! I recently needed a passenger door replaced after a parking garage collision. Geico directed me to Cherry Hill Collision and I must say that they made the experience as pleasant and efficient as possible. They were even able to complete my repairs a day early and spare me another day's rental fee! I took my car back because I had a question about one of the repairs done and my concerns were addressed swiftly and comprehensively. A huge thanks to Giovanna, Neil, and Bill! Had my car serviced here through an insurance claim and I will definitely take it back if needed. Everyone was friendly and helpful (especially the woman at the front desk). The process was explained clearly and simply. They kept me notified of when the review of the damage was complete, when they were starting the repair, and when the repair was finished. The estimated it would take 7 days and only took 2, so definitely a win. My car is all fixed, working great, and clean (thanks for vacuuming - it really needed it). Will recommend to anyone that needs body work!

I recently got my 370z hit in the quarter panel this past week. My vehicle was dented and paint was chipped and broken. I rarely ever trust anyone with my car EVER. But this week I trusted Dennis with my vehicle, and I am extremely happy to say that my car came out perfect. Car looks better than it has ever paint looks amazing i have no complaints at all.
