I came to Nigro’s based on the reviews on Google and I’m so grateful with my choice. From my first meeting through to getting the car, the staff have been upfront and made the entire process easy. They worked with my insurance and Honda to ensure my leased Honda HRV was fixed to specification and the car came back to me looking brand new. Absolutely amazing! The work on the car was fantastic and quick but it was the customer service that did it for me. They went out of their way to help me with the insurance company and getting a rental car. Everyone was so kind. They made me feel like I was a part of their family. I really can't say enough!!!!

Great Service!! I had a front bumper that needed to be replaced. The process was quick and the service was great. As a woman I felt like this establishment was HONEST and trustworthy. Needed estimate for a small fender repair and paint.The guy behind the desk insisted I use my insurance without checking out the small repair but I didn’t want to at that point his whole attitude changed-so he told me it’s a state law and that he needs to know why I don’t want to use insurance he then began to exaggerate expenses such as laser mapping and some other services that were totally unnecessary for such a small job
He said it would be at least 800 before they even start any work .at this point he hadn’t even look at how small the damage was. He just wanted to over charge my insurance

My driver's side door was taken off by an inattentive driver, and we were directed to take the car to Nigro's. I live in Connecticut, so most of my communication with Nigro's was by phone, long distance. They were fantastic, keeping us apprised of progress, working efficiently with insurance and reassuring us when we brought the car in that all would be well.
They were able to match the color perfectly and in good time. They even recommended a great hoagie shop (Ricci's) when my husband and I came down to pick up the car.

My car had a very minor accident--at a stop light with the person behind it, in a small truck, pressing the gas when he thought the light changed. No big deal. We drove it to Nigro's where the person glancing at it said that it was probably totaled. That was the first red flag. Then of course we got the news that the car was totaled. The fact that we are in a major used and new car shortage is a big consideration right now; I just had the same experience with a friend in another Northeast city and when we asked for a second opinion from a highly reputable repair shop, they told us the damage

My car had some minor damage and I just gotta say Nigro's is amazing. They guided me with what to do with insurance and fixed my car in two weeks. Everything went smoothly and they even detailed the inside of my car and cleaned the outside. This is now my go to place and I cannot recommend this place enough.

Friendly staff keeps you informed and up-to-date on the status of your vehicle , works with insurance company's. Excellent work on paint and body repair, no mix-match colors , no dull colors or waving looking panels on the car. Looks like it was never hit. Drop your car off enterprise car rental is up the street and they will pick you up. Nigro's will set everything up for you. Great service!!!!

I live on a side street in Grad Hospital and not surprisingly, some sideswiped my brand new SUV. I initially took it to Caliber Collision on Washington, but they weren't willing to work with my insurance and said they couldn't see me anyway for a month. Late to write a review but AMAZINGGGG BODY SHOP!! i came here last february to have my car repaired. I just moved to philadelphia and was side swiped in center city. This shop litterally treated me like family and took such good care of me and my vehicle. I took my car to Nigro's for repair of both front end and rear end of my vehicle after being hit twice. From the start, Nigros was very helpful and agreed to look at my car the same day I called asking for an appoinment to get an estimate. My main point of contact was Cheryl and she was amazing from start to finish. One can tell that she is genuine and absolutely cares about the customer needs from every perspective. Nigro's replaced front bumper cover of my Subaru, which was held on to the car with duct tape. Did a beautiful job - car looks and drives great. Family-owned and run business. The right side of my car was nearly totaled, so I came here after reading the reviews. The shop workers were extremely helpful and took care of everything on the insurance company side. They got my car back and running like brand new. I left town, came back, and noticed that the back blinker (something they fixed) wasn't working. I took the car back to Nigro, and they immediately pulled my car into the shop, started fixing it, and got me back on the road in 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for quality service and a peace of mind.

OMG Mr Nigro and crew to the rescue!!! I hit something on the highway on my way into Philly and I'm an out of towner. Mr Nigro really saved me. It was 45 minutes before closing and he still took the car because he was concerned for our safety. His dedication to his craft and his customers really shows. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants great and honest service.

What can I say...I love my city and I love the realness , emotion, dedication, support and honesty that was expressed to me at Nigro's. It was as if he was my "Right Hand Man" and he definitely let it be known that I or rather we were not here to play but get the business done and done right. He was not about to let me walk out of there without knowing how much , what for, when and the maximum of each. I left Nigro's loving my South Philly roots even more. And yes I will be going back to conversate about the next level of my new car's journey with the definitely necessary South Philly touch.

My Lexus was a victim of falling debris and needed to have various dents repaired as well as the windshield replaced and recalibrated. The team at Nigro’s went above and beyond to keep all parts OEM and even made sure the additional damages were attended to that were not found on the initial inspection. I was welcomed as soon as I stepped in and was kept in the loop throughout the entire process. Every other shop immediately inspected and were talking about moving forward with quotes. Cheryl was lovely and gave me sound advice, looking out for my best interests.

I went to Nigro's after getting in my first fender bender. I went to a few places and before I decided to leave my car with Nigro's they educated me, made sure I understood how to properly navigate the insurance, and made sure I understood the potential cost and timing with the repairs needed. I just wanted to share that Nigro's was the best! They helped with two accidents during COVID. The car looks beautiful and runs great. Do you everything being shut down, it was hard to navigate the insurance process. Nigro's staff helped us navigate the whole process and made something that seemed overwhelming easy and doable. My car was hit damaging the rear bumper and breaking the taillight. I took it to Nigros and the staff there was amazing. After only giving them my claim number from insurance they took care of everything else I didn't have to do a thing! The repairs were done quick and my car looks like new! Beyond happy with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend using Nigros to anyone with a damaged car.

My car had a leak in the back seat. I dropped it off first thing Monday morning and it was done by 12:00. Staff was helpful and explained what happened to my car, and even took pics to educate me. If I ever have an issue again, I'll be coming back for sure. Price was good. Tip: if you pay with a card, you'll be assessed a processing fee. Pay with cash instead. The staff told me this and it was a great tip!

I was side swiped on i76 in July, I was looking around for good body shops and found Nigro's online. I spoke to Lindsey and spoke to her over the phone and helped me make a decision on what I wanted to do. Dropped it off and was explained how to get my rental down the road and when I can expect my car back. When I came to pick up the car it looked brand new and they even took it to the dealership to fix an issue that they seemed to cause back when I bought it. Car was washed and cleaned inside and out. My partner's vehicle was involved in a minor fender bender and rear ended another car. The hood was bent up a little, some scratches on the front bumper.
To took it to body AOK Auto Body. We asked them not to pop the hood as we wanted to be able to drive around and ask for opinions. We were told from inspection that the vehicle was safe to drive. The hood could've replaced and damage to the reinforcement bar, if any, should be fixed.
