I was brought there after my studio apartment fire...meaning I was not exactly in the best mood nor health!
The room was clean & spacy, plenty for me & my service dog 🐕. From room service to frontdesk staff everybody spoiled Spirit (that's my dog's name) w/ expensive dog treats & extra blankets etc. Everybody was very dog friendly.
The only problem I had: breakfast is served between 6am & 9am, half an hr. delayed on weekends... of course I overslept multiple times 😸...still I probably ate in 2 weeks more waffles than in my whole life.
Since breakfast is self-service I had to make my own

Easy to find location right off 520 in the same parking lot as the Pancake House. Rooms are nice and clean with really comfortable beds. The staff here are all extremely friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to accommodate you. Hot breakfast with waffles and pancakes, and super delicious espresso machine in the lobby, they even supply flavored syrups for it.

My son and I are traveling for a medical appointment and this was closest to the clinic. The staff was amazing! Rooms are very clean. The hotel is a bit on the cold side when walking in the halls, especially for December, but we would definitely stay here again! Close to shops and restaurants and decently priced.

This is a great stay for the price. Clean, relatively quiet, comfortable. WiFi was good. We didn't get to the pool area, so I can't comment, from the outside it looks like a typical 80s-90s era PNW pool area, which is usually fun for kiddos. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
My only real complaint is the free 'breakfast' is barely edible. Almost every item includes tons of sugar, nothing is very healthy at all. Even the boiled eggs tasted funny. The breakfast hours were not great, ending at 9am, which was tricky for us to get to. Luckily there are lots of area options that we ended up

Only neg was the hot tub was broken and after speaking with staff it has been this way for awhile with no idea when it will be fixed. On their website and advertisements this is one of their best amenities. Really nice. Clean rooms. Free breakfast but not what i call a full breakfast more like continental. My husband and son said the free hot chocolate was good

Thisplace is very racist and narc. The old lady at the front needs help and is very non- empathetic towards anybody.
The second night there were two housekeepers banging on thedoor and a random guy knockedon the door (to collect my instacart order) - told him just to leave outside.
not a normal place and very judgemental.

I'm local to Redmond and have needed a hotel from time to time for various reasons. This is my go-to place. It's warm, quiet, and inviting. The rooms are extra clean with really good amenities. The beds are super comfortable. There is an excellent coffee machine in the lobby. The owner has always been generous with the community by donating to various school auctions and raffles. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They all observe COVID safety protocols and I feel safe going here. It's within walking distance to Whole Foods and the East Lake Sammamish trail.

I've never been to Redmond, WA. But anytime I go back, I will stay at the Redmond Inn. The staff was outstanding, the facilities were (took advantage of the laundry room and breakfast), and rooms were clean and beds beyond comfortable! I got in late and my check in was quick and easy, a bonus for a weary traveler. The location is also close to great restaurants and shopping. With easy access to the interstate, you can be headed south to Seattle or north to a Vancouver in no time!
Bonus: there is the Redmond Pancake House on the premises which has an extensive menu (I recommend the banana

Cute bicycle vibes and friendly staff. The hotel is right off the highway making it easy to scoot into and out of the city. Delicious espresso in the lobby was a nice treat. There is a trail from the parking lot that leads to a lake and park. Whole Foods is across the street! I will definitely stay here again.

This place is exceptionally clean. My room was quiet for the most part and the bed very comfortable. Only gripe is the person next door in the morning kept slamming their door as hard as they could and the breakfast closed at 0930. TV was big and numerous channels. I would definitely stay here again.

I was in town for business and I stayed at this hotel for only one night and immediately checked out the next day. The hotel room is extremely over priced for the area and the advertise free breakfast. I paid over 300.00 for the night and breakfast was horrible and nothing special. The room was not clean, there was a ring around the bathtub, the floor was sticky and the towels were still wet.
The next day I checked into the Hampton Inn and it was cheaper, cleaner and had the best HOT breakfast.

A quaint place to stay. Has a family restaurant adjacent to Hotel ( Family Pancake House) More than just pancakes! Excellent selection and tasty food .
Rooms were clean, comfortable and roomy, all staff are friendly and very helpful.
Complimentary breakfast: a great basic selection of cereals, oatmeal, fruits, variety of bread products, make your own waffles, yogurts and packs of boiled eggs. Coffee, teas and juice. Everything you need to go along with any of the above also.
A walking g path behind hotel, and 5-15 minutes away from a variety of places. Whole foods, Peet's coffee shop

WOW - last minute call from motel* about my 4 day stay. Was told pet fee for 2 small dogs would add $200 to my 4 night stay (54% more then my confirmed reservation cost!) . Not a deposit - which I'd be fine with - not a 'single $25 per pet for entry stay fee" - I'd also be fine with that .... IT WAS A PER PET, PER NIGHT FEE! If they are so concerned about irresponsible pet owners they should NOT allow them - but then again - maybe that was their intent all along. (*Booked through Expedia - bottom of page in fine print mentions pet fee that is NOT mentioned on my Expedia confirmation

I've stayed here a few times and it's a nice affordable place to stay in Redmond. The staff have always been very friendly and nice and accommodating. The rooms are your standard chain type hotel room but I like that just fine. The pillows are great! I've never had issues with noise. There are lots of movie channels. They were very accommodating when I needed a late check out. Will definitely return

Over the last several weeks, we were lucky enough to stay at this hotel. We were relocating my mother back to PNW and needed a place to stay during the transition. She is suffering from early onset Alzheimer's and we needed comfortable surroundings where she felt safe for the transition. It was the single most important thing for our family that she feel safe and comfortable. The management and staff were absolutely amazing. What started out as a short stay to transition my mom into a permanent solution turned into a few weeks stay and I could not be happier. The level of compassion

The price was reasonable and the parking is free. Breakfast is included but ask about when it ends. We thought we'd grab breakfast at 10 but turns out it closed at 9:30.
Why the few stars? The paper thin walls were ridiculous. I couldn't fall asleep until at least 2am. It wasn't like the neighbors were being rowdy. It sounded like they were using their inside voices and the walls were just that thin. We could hear toilets flushing, doors opening and closing, walking, talking etc. It was ridiculous.
The sound barrier between floors was also terrible. We either had a heavy walker

I stayed here over the weekend for an event in town. Staff is very friendly, in particular Gen, very professional and nice. Upon entering the room we noticed it was nice and clean. The room was located near the freeway side, which didn't bother us too much. The thing I hated about this room was the paper thin walls. I was constantly being woken up by the people above me, I heard them walking around at all hours of the night. Not their fault but the walls are made very poorly.
The little kitchenette was nice, along with the Keurig. Free coffee, tea, espresso in the lobby 24 hours

Unreliable internet. Tiny gym with broken equipment. Sound travels too well through the walls. The rooms are clean enough and the staff seem friendly.
At 1am the person above me woke me up. They weren't doing anything abnormal- just walking around. But the walls creaked and the ceiling thumped like a drum. I didn't get to sleep again until they stopped moving. The closing of room doors will wake you in the morning- they seem to start at 6am.

This hotel is conveniently located near downtown Redmond and just off the 520. Staff is friendly. The staff that was there, were great. They were short staffed. There is a restaurant, Family Pancake House, located in the same parking lot as the hotel.
The heat/ac unit worked intermittently, so we couldn't get a comfortable setting. Called front desk and no maintenance person was available. I got the answer of, they had already left for the day. We had others in our group have the same issue with their rooms. The room didn't feel too secure. The room door didn't close all the way
