Fantastic stay. Great safe and clean location. Bakery across the street and an awesome breakfast./dinner place (Georges) walking distance 1 block down the street. The location is great, you are central to Seattle, Bellevue, Woodinville where you are wanting to go. It is sleek and hip, very well decorated and everything is taken care of well. Family of 4 stayed her for 3 nights on a visit all of loved it, the kids especially.

We have visited this hotel for years and decided to stop after our last visit. There was a fight going on on our floor in the hallways and the yelling and screaming got to the point we had to call front desk to complain over and over again without anything being solved. We eventually told front desk that we would CALL THE POLICE to resolve the problem, but they decided to just lie to us and tell us that the person who had been working with us had left. They said that the new person working with us knew nothing about the situation. We found out that they had lied about this when we saw both men

We enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in a king suite. There was a fireplace between the bed and a sitting area, open to both, and also a wet bar with a full counter. The first room we checked into smelled of cigar smoke and they graciously moved us to another, better room. It’s in a fun location, walkable too many restaurants and shops in Kirkland.

The room is well appointed and for my initial impression I was very impressed; but some of the electrical outlets weren’t working, the bathroom floor was a bit dirty, and morning noise was an issue. I left disappointed given the price. The bedding was comfortable and the receptionist was nice, although check-in was slow. This place could be great but needs some improvements; I wanted to really like this place!

I love the Heathman in Kirkkand but this trip, the bar and lounge closed at 9:00om on Friday and Saturday nights. I was a guest at the hotel and they wouldn't allow me to order room service after 9:00om. The mini store in the reception was out of beer and wine. Not a good situation! I will think twice about staying next time. They should accommodate guests of the hotel and step out of there way a bit and advise guests of there extremely early hours.

We used the Heathman as our hosting hotel for our wedding and they were nothing short of terrible:
-no hot water in some rooms
-unfriendly staff (refused to help my 84 year old mother early in the morning)
-botched reservations for almost every single guest
-did not clean our wedding suite the night of our wedding (chips, fruit plates, veggie plates, dips all in the living room despite our request to clean it)
-Sunday brunch was an UTTER disaster (terrible food, not enough seats or tables, ran out of food with the first 7 guests, super dirty dishes, a bar with no bartender, misspelled our names

This is NOT a 4-star hotel. Beware that “urban view” means an alley and side of an apartment building. I can also verify what other reviews said about being able to hear every time your neighbor turns on the sink or shower. And loudly! I can’t believe a hotel in this price range would be so horrible! It is stylish looking, but it’s not luxury by any means. The positive is the location. Spend your time at the waterfront and all the local shops and restaurants. Next time I’ll stay somewhere nicer and probably cheaper and just park at the waterfront.

Location and the friendly staff made Heathman an excellent choice for lodging near the Kirkland downtown and waterfront. It is in a walkable neighborhood close to many nice restaurants, bars, Cafe shops. There are also many boutique stores and artsy places. The Kirkland library and the bus transit center is only a block away. If you have a car, Costco and Bellevue Square is ten minutes away.
This is the first time we have been back since the hotel renovation. The hotel is clean and bright. Valet parking for guests is available with in and out privileges. Our room is facing the street and

When I booked this hotel, my confirmation page showed the total price (including taxes) to be a certain amount. Then I got an email confirmation from the hotel with a total of over $100 more than the original confirmation. I had saved the original to my computer, luckily. I emailed them on Saturday asking about the discrepancy in price. I still hadn't heard from them by Monday evening so I sent a second email. This time I attached the original confirmation. It's now Thursday afternoon and I have yet to hear back from them. I cancelled my reservation because that is really shady and really

My husband and I just spent 2 nights here as a staycation to have a weekend away from the kids. We were really excited, but on our first night the two rooms next to us were making noise and had their music blasting with the doors open until after midnight. We had to call the front desk 3 times and heard the person through the door politely ask them to keep the noise down. Upon talking to the front desk assistant yesterday morning, she apologized and comped our $25 a night parking. She said she would talk to the manager and see what they could do. They did nothing else to rectify the situation when

Great hotel! We stayed here Labor Day weekend and was very satisfied with the cleanliness and overall customer service here! The front desk was always accommodating and pleasant. We really enjoyed being in downtown Kirkland in general as everything was within walking distance from this hotel. The rooms were trendy and very comfortable. I will say the temper-pedic bed was the best part of the stay! Very comfortable and honestly the best hotel I've ever stayed at.

We went there for a girls night and the service was very good. I had the short-rib caveman style and that was no joke! A Flintstone sized boned with really tender meat was plated. I was disappointed that the high-priced main dish didn't come with any sides. When my friend's steak came out pink inside of well done (I know, I know...we gave her grief), they didn't bat an eye and did everything possible to make it right!

Such a nice hotel! A nice change from the large chain hotel experience - everything felt cleaner and higher quality than what you would see at a Marriott. I lucked out and got upgraded to a suite and it made my stay here even better. Loved the fireplace and the little touches like the pieces of chocolate in the room. I also thought it was great they use glass bottles for water versus the plastic bottles like the chains use.
Thank you for existing! Can't wait to be back.

Made reservations over their website and as it turned out somehow the reservation was messed up. they were very pleasant about the whole situation, upgraded us to a suite at no additional charge. we had drinks at their bar and the front desk suggested we walk along the waterfront while they were cleaning our room. The room was great, the service was excellent, the staff very courteous and helpful I would definitely stay here again.
Also there were many well-behaved dogs here and as an animal lover I really enjoyed seeing other people's pets. They have a nice bar and restaurant here although

Service and style. This is what separates a well managed and supervised property from an expensive chain. This place treats you like you are the only guest they have. From the valet to the front staff.
Rooms are very nice and quiet. Coming from the East Coast that's important the first day or so. Can't
stay awake at 9pm but up at 4:30.
Coffee in the lobby and Starbucks two blocks down that opens at 5:30 helps a lot.
I only had two breakfast sandwichs in the restaurant. Only? It was an egg, bacon and avocado monster. Held me from 6:30 to noon easily. Tastey with a breakfast diet

My wife went to the Heathman for a day-long work event. She left her 2018 Mazda with the valet in the morning and got a valet ticket.
At the end of the day when the event was over, she presented her ticket, and for half an hour (no exaggeration) they were unable to find her car. As it turns out, they had left it on the street all day, a little ways down from the hotel, unlocked with the keys in it. Whoops. Fortunately we don't think anything was taken (who knew Kirkland was so safe?). We know it's not a Mercedes but this was both careless and inconvenient.

Brought my husband here to enjoy a relaxing evening for our 4th wedding anniversary back in July. I chose this hotel because it has an attached restaurant which I've dined at before. The 2nd reason why I picked this place was for the location. It's on the east side of Seattle which means you don't have to drive through traffic to get to downtown Seattle.
The service is pretty good and very accommodating. They upgraded us to a suite which was incredibly nice and quite amazing! The room was pretty pricey, but well worth it for the upgrade. The suite has a mini bar area w/ a sink

Hotel is in a great location within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Our room is nice, updated, and clean.
The reason I am giving the hotel three stars is that our TV wasn't working. No big deal but this is 4th quarter, game 3 of the Eastern Conference NBA finals. Lol! We jammed back to our room from dinner to see this.
A maintenance person tried a different remote and rebooted the TV without success. Another person came and discovered you must pull the TV screen away from the wall and point the remote toward the box behind the screen. TV issue resolved. I called

I wanted to surprise my husband for a weekend getaway trip for his bday away from the kids so I looked into booking a hotel near the marina in Kirkland (where he proposed to me 8 years ago). I also booked us a dinner cruise at the marina in Kirkland. Heathman hotel in Kirkland was only a 5 minute walk away from the dinner/cruise/ marina! It was so convenient!
The guest service manager that took care of us is named Lucy.... so much to say she was helpful from the start! When I checked in I requested if we can get a room with a view for my husbands bday. She upgraded up to a suite! She also left

The hotel is in the center of downtown Kirkland which makes walking to many places very accessible.
The hotel was nice- the person who checked us in needs to work on her speaking volume. She spoke to softly for me. She gave no helpful information didn't ask us anything like other hotels we've stayed at. Didn't ask if this was first stay with them. I didn't feel like they appreciated our business. They just didn't seem to care about us. They basically checked us in gave us our key and that was it. I had to inquire about parking and our free argosy cruise tickets.
