We worked with Cassie to update our living room and dining room. I cannot say enough good things about her! We had no idea which direction to go in prior to meeting with her and she really helped streamline the direction of the decor design. Recently I had the pleasure of working with one of Annabelle's Decorators, Ingrid Torchia. Ingrid is professional, knowledgeable, talented, creative, and knows how to pay attention to detail. Ingrid is easy to get to know and communicate with. Her people skills are extraordinary. She returns phone calls, texts, and emails promptly which expedites the decision making process. We have had a sofa for 5 years and trouble with cushions. Tried to deal with the manager, Abe, but doesn't respond to calls or messages. Fairfield was notified and they turned it back to Abe,as my contact and with parts information. It has been two weeks and no contact from him.Called twice today, left a voice mail and a message, no response. The warranty does cover the core but it has been since December and nothing done. Terri Davis was an awesome designer to work with. She really understood the look that I was going for. I liked that I could tell her that I did or didn’t like something, or that I just felt that what she picked wasn’t right, without her getting upset! Back to the drawing board!! We did a lot of back and forth until I was completely satisfied! I really enjoyed my experience at Annabelle’s and will be back.

Been buying furniture here for over 20 years. They offer high end furnishings at substantial discounts. I have purchased legacy bedroom sets that stay in the family, one of a kind sofas and unique pieces. . . even a kitchen island. But best of all I still have everything I ever bought there and I still love it!
