This is my favourite place to get piercings. I was treated with patience and respect here, and that went a long way into calming my anxiety about my first piercing. Things went so well I've come back and gotten another.

I am so glad that I came here!!! Bethany pierced my septum and it was flawless!! Very professional, quick, and with care ❤️ I will be back for sure! I visited the other tattoo/piercing shops in Gainesville and was not impressed at all by the overall attitude and lack of motivation. New Vision is the only place I recommend if you want quality work done.

I got a piercing done here today and it was amazing!! The piercer was kind and professional. She took the time to realign my piercing when I disliked the first one. She was very quick and it was completely painless. When I asked her a question about some old piercers I had, she guided me through the answer and helped me come to a resolution. She even gave me a business card with after care instructions and the date I’m able to change my jewelry. This was my first time here and I am 100% switching piercers. I called this place near closing time last night for an estimate on a forearm tattoo they immediately got me in a chair and absolutely nailed it you cannot go wrong with this place all the artists were helpful going over what I wanted and even stayed after close to get my tattoo done last night if that's not customer service I don't know what is. Not only that but one of the artist's wife made sure I was as comfortable as possible and offered drinks and snacks. Don't waste your time anywhere else this is the spot.

I got my eyebrow pierced here for my birthday, the staff was super informative and super friendly. They explained how it would be done and it was over with in a jiffy. I had to return a couple months later due to my piercing having some blunt force to it and caused some tearing, they checked it out, replaced my ball that was missing and made sure to tell me how to properly take care of it. Planning on getting my next piercing here!

I want to start off by saying that New Vision tattoos has really gone downhill in my opinion. I originally came in for a couple of tattoos at New Vision Tattoos and after a few days I noticed that ink was missing from a few places so I decided to call and make the owner Eric aware. He told me that he would make it right once it healed and so I waited. Once I was ready to go back and get a touch up he kept giving me excuse after excuse. Got a good tattoo but when I came in for a touch up Repo was completely unprofessional. He was extremely rude to me and was inaccurate with what he was saying to me. He told me no one there would ever want to give me a tattoo again. Worst service I have ever gotten, and not even worth the quality of tattoo!! (I have two others done better by different artists). I would greatly encourage you to go somewhere else for tattoos and piercings.

I agree with one of the previous reviews that mentions the staff being off-putting if you're not a college hipster. As long as the person walking in the door might be bringing them business, the condescending attitude that I got from being "Mom-age", or possibly not cool enough, was far from warranted.

BAD! I CAN NOT SPEAK OF ALL THE ARTIST BUT ERIC. HE did work on me and my husband. Simple tats. Roman numerals and standard lettering. I thought easy for any artist. I had my tat fixed by another tattoo artist with in a month. Now it looks better. My L was crooked. My husband went back to eric today. He ask can you touch my tat up? Eric could not see the problem. Went in there at 9:30 pm on Friday night when their hours clearly state they close at 11:00pm. I asked for a small tattoo and told that they could only do a piercing since the tattoo artist was tired. I understand that it might have been a busy day, but why do your hours say until 11:00pm when you are not committed to staying fully opened until then. I have gotten a tattoo at this establishment before and that is the reason I returned for a second one. However, they have no constancy and needless to say I will not be returning!!!

The artist who did my two most recent pieces is no longer with the shop. If I want more ink after the style he did on my leg (artistic and freehand) I plan on tracking him down to do it; if I just want another tattoo I'll come back here. Repo does terrific work, as do the other guys. They also do custom drawings and will work with you to get you exactly what you want.
