When you come here ask for Gladys!! She was attentive, fast and clean. I’m really impressed by her workplace. I came in to get a logo done by her and I thought it would take a while but she did it quick. She also eased my concerns before and during the session. Definitely going back for her to get my piercing done!!

I have been to this tattoo shop many times. It’s always so clean and very professional. I have had 7 from here so far. I saw Eric last night and he was great. Very down to earth and made me feel like I have known him for years. He did a half butterfly half flowers on my arm and it is absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be back to see Eric. He is an amazing artist and so sweet.

Please go stop by tattoo fiesta in Duluth!! Ask for Eric!! He was very patient , kind , fast and efficient! He definitely understood the assignment! I got two tattoos done less than two hours. Clean lines and for the first time I didn’t feel pressured or rushed!! Thanks Eric this tattoo means the world to me!! You the neat and can’t wait to get tatted more! Oh and Covid protocol is in full effect and I appreciate the cleanliness of the shop!! I will be back!!

I did a walk in and Eric did my tattoo. He gave me multiple options of sizes and took his time making sure the design was perfect. He didn’t overcharge and was very respectful and had good bedside manners. The lines were very straight and he made sure to do it quick while also making it look perfect. It was the best service i’ve ever had at a tattoo shop. If you decide to come here, make sure to ask for Eric, he’ll give you exactly what you ask for, with a reasonable price!

The staff was dismissive and there was clearly an arguments going on, in front of us, about who was going to tattoo my friend and I. It was very apparent no one wanted to.
Finally began the tattoo after a 20 minute wait turned into an hour. While in the tattoo, the rickety chair I was sitting in gave out causing my artist to slip...and now I have a line across my leg. The artist said nothing of it until I asked and then felt very dismissed.
I was sent home with an uneven tattoo and a bonus streak of dots.
So yeah, don't go here.

My friend suggested coming here for a tattoo as he had been here for two of his tattoos.
Upon entry we were greeted by who I think was the owner. She asked us what we wanted; tattoo or piercing. When we said a tattoo she asked us if we knew what we wanted. We did.

I recently had my logo for my podcast trademarked, so I wanted to have it tattooed on my arm to celebrate. Roge looked at my design, gave me a fair price, and did my tattoo the same day. I absolutely love it! The facility is clean and the tools were sterile. Roge made sure every detail of my design was represented and that I was comfortable every step of the way. He carefully explained my aftercare. The receptionist was friendly, and took time to answer any additional questions I had. I went in for a flash tattoo and they didn't care about giving me a service they had horrible attitudes and the guy had no idea of when the next artist would be in which is very unprofessional not knowing when your associate comes in. I got both attitude from the guy at the counter and the girl at the door because I didn't want to risk staying all day for an artist to show up. Needless to say I'm sticking to original shop and not coming back.

I've gotten a nose piercing here before, they do a great job. So sanitary and exactly what I wanted, no problems whatsoever. I decided to come here and get a tattoo as well. I knew it would be a little more complicated because I wanted a specific hand writing. I looked at Marley's work on Instagram (@thedfekone), his work was so beautiful I knew I had to go to him! Marley did an AMAZING job. He's very professional and makes sure you're comfortable. Marley came into work before opening time to accommodate my schedule and design my tattoo perfect. I came in today it was a rainy day. I was waiting outside in the rain for the cashier to let me in. When she came into the door she asked me what I was here for today. I've been coming here for years, while some ppl have worked here with a not-so-great customer service, I will say there has been A LOT of improvements over the years.
For piercings Wicho has done an amazing job on them, he is always so precise.
For tattoos though, I will recommend MARLEY all day, everyday from being super chilled, working with me to get the exact sketch I have in mind, to the actual procedure..He gets me. He is not heavy handed, his prices are reasonable and he explained everything very well after the procedure was completed.

Thought I’d give this shop a shot with a few small tattoos - needless to say I’m very pleased. Stephanie is great on the phones and preforms great customer service. Eric is beyond patient, very laid back, definitely gives you his feedback which was helpful for me. I had an appointment and changed my tattoo idea around 27 times and not once did he cop an attitude or get frustrated with me. I wasted his time and his attitude stayed the same throughout which is appreciated especially when getting a tattoo. His work is accurate and good, he pays attention to detail. A great tattoo shop with some talented artists and they were nice. However not sure if it is because I'm on the younger side or what but my small inch and a half tattoo was extremely over priced, they quoted 150$ for a tattoo that took them about 3 minutes. Unbelievable!!!! Who charges that much??? It was not my first tattoo and although this was way smaller it was nearly double the price. What a rip off. I'd recommend going somewhere else where the prices are more realistic and appropriately priced.

This place is bomb! Julio is dope...the guy who specializes in hand tattoos is dope...the receptionists are dope...the pricing is dope..it's all dope. Literally...I'm used to spending a lot on quality ink...this shop brings the quality for affordable prices...my wife and I have gotten tarts and piercings here...I'm telling you!!! They are dope!

Very unprofessional. When I arrived I was not greeted or even acknowledged. I was looked at as if I was not welcomed into their establishment. I had to say hello and still did not get a response. I immediately turned around and walked out of the door. I don't know if it was the fact that I'm black and the shop was full of Hispanic people but I definitely got the vibe like "what are you doing in here black person". I've been dealt the racist card before and this was the same feeling I had after leaving. So disappointed!!!!!

This joint is a freakin joke! My friend wanted his eye brow pierced so we called 30 mins prior to coming in to confirm if they were open, if a piercer was available and prices. The woman we spoke to said $25.00 which included the jewelry. When we arrived we were then quoted $45.00. We advised, no... that we were quoted $25 on the phone. The woman that answered the phone previously got an attitude and told us that wasn't true she said $45 and wanted to get smart with me and go back and forth about it. Since we were already there my friend went ahead and paid the $45. My thing is if you quoted

The jewelry I was sold and had placed was NOT internally threaded!! I don't swap my jewelry often so I had no way of knowing but when I had to have it taken out for an MRI I saw it was externally threaded/cheap jewelry. I am SO disappointed to find out I was lied to, and I feel tricked since one of the reasons I ended up here was because I was explicitly told the jewelry was internally threaded.
Maybe I had a one-off experience here, and it's not likely I'll be back in the area so I wouldn't be able to give them a second chance. Honestly though, after the uncomfortable experience

I just got work done by Wicho on my shoulderblade. It was a 4inch sunflower that cost me $100. I love it! He did a great job and was very professional. I can see where people might feel "awkward or uncomfortable" because it was very quiet and the employees do talk in primarily spanish when talking to each other.
