My family has been booking with Robin Major for many years and have always been so happy with her excellent service and attention to detail. She always finds us a great deal and knows us so well. We can't wait for Covid to subside so we can travel again! Robin's already helping us plan another Caribbean cruise or two and a special Med cruise for our 25th!

Would NEVER recommend this company for any travel. Our entire family booked our travel for this past summer with this company and received absolutely NO help when COVID hit when our trip was cancelled! Management was very unfair, not helpful with anything to do with this situation and said it was out of their hands to help. This was so not the… case as many travel agencies helped their clients,even if they were not the ones to return their money to them, but other agencies stood behind their clients to keep their trust, and future business. Bob Voyage turned a blind eye to their clients

Not a reputable tour company. There isn’t one thing I can say which is positive. Terrible experience from start to finish, cost more than booking with Expedia & negative feedback, post trip, was ignored.
Highlights include: Tour guide booking a three bedroom for a couple (we only needed one bed) When multiple smaller units were available, to… increase her commission? Or incompetent it’s hard to know why..
Two identical bus trips within three days (yes a one day bus tour to the exact same places) which the tour guide skipped.
The Tour guide locked other members of the group

Started with wrong Cruise Line luggage tags being sent with my Documents [imagine if I had not noticed and put the tags on. My luggage would have been on another cruise line and I have had nothing.], to transfers that I paid for not having us listed,… even after calling from the ship to confirm. Was told they did not have me listed, gave them my confirmation number, then they found us listed, then to dis-embarkment the next day and again, they did not have us listed. being stranded at Port and
