We thank the salesman for helping us find what we were looking for. He did a great job. We were glad we went there. We purchased a UTV and it was ready in four days
My wife & I came to the store looking for another UTV but not available unless we ordered it. But the salesman showed us a Kawasaki Mule. It was so good we bought it. Thanks for your help.

They don't answer the phone, they don't return messages... half the inventory online doesn't have a picture. This would be a great place to open an ATV/Motorcycle store. I'll update my review if/when they return my calls. UPDATE... They did finally respond and were friendly. Didn't have what I needed but probably not their fault. Raised the review to 4 stars. Will watch for website improvements.

I normally do not write reviews unless my experience was stellar or horrific. In this case it was horrific. Due to Covid having an impact on the supply chain, ATV’s not in stock require you to give them a $500 non refundable deposit. With that being said, I made sure to ask as many important questions to my salesman as I could think of. Two primary questions I had were that of the common interests rates he was seeing with credit scores like mine and I asked about how long one can finance for. These were two very important questions to help me get an idea about how this future purchase would fit

"Randy was really good about calling me back. If there were any improvement i would say 2 things: 1. provide a way to communicate via text or email because sometimes phone access isn't available 2. to be a little more specific with time frames so that people can plan their schedules around pick ups. But other than that excellent service."

Previous experiences with service department staff left much room for improvement but thankfully those improvements have been made. Service manager and support staff at the desk are helpful but diligent with the large task of repair and servicing of motorsports products. You can count on realistic expectations and honesty. Thank you for improving the service department!

Really like the team. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I would like to be able to schedule service rather than drop off and wait for a call to tell me it’s ready. I would also like to see better coordination between parts and service. If I have bought parts at the dealership and want them installed by the service I should not have to make a call to service when my parts come in.
