At Lens Lab Express, we offer 1 hour service on most eyeglass prescriptions and carry a large variety of brand name eyeglass frames in all price ranges. If there is a specific designer frame that you are looking for, please call and speak to one of our frame experts, who will be more than happy to assist you.

Ladies and gentlemen please go somewhere else to get your glasses. Customer Service here is the worst around town, non existent to say the very least. Very rude and nasty. Hey “ Business Owners “ I don’t know, but if I was you I would be more on top of your employees at this specific location. My 83 yrs grandmother had an issue with a prescription, she went back to her Dr to get it fixed just to come back here and been told they can’t help her when she paid almost $600.00 out of pocket for her “new” screwed glasses. Shame on you people. I will report this business tomorrow morning.

After years and years of trying to find excellent service for eyeglasses, contacts and exams I finally found the best! They are very transparent about they are more than fair and competitive prices. There are all sorts of great options and prices associated with the options that they are happy to explain. I find Andrea to be wonderful! I have never had my eyes examined and had my very oversized, unusual glasses returned back to me so quickly before. Their doctor is particularly brilliant and very quick minded. I was so impressed. Very rude customer service. I made an appointment got there and was told I wasn't in the system had to make an appointment for another day then walked away. I finally make another appointment. They showed me to case of frames to pick from and walked away. No help at all with picking out a frame. Very nasty people who should not be there if they don't want to help the customers. Lucky I gave them one star.

My mother came here last weekend to get an eye glasses exam+contacts exam which was 170.
I called to ask for the price for the same exams a week later which was quoted at 250.
Their website also has completely different prices which apparently the people who work in the store don't know about or try not to acknowledge.
They try to bait you into paying less by giving you "deals" if you purchase glasses or contacts from them, but you end up paying more for the glasses or contacts and you have to wait a long period of time for them to be ordered/delivered.
Stay away from this shady business. Your

Unbelievable. I arrived for an appointment at 2, gave my insurance info, waited for 25 minutes, then was told that no one was available to check me in because the entire front desk staff was at lunch and wouldn't be back for another fifteen minutes. Why they're making appointments that they can't keep, I have no idea. But I definitely won't be back here.
Editing to add: the doctors here are fantastic but they can't make up for the terrible staff. It's been three weeks since my visit and I still have not heard from them about my contact prescription, which I was told would come in two weeks ago
