Dr. Clark was born in Payson and grew up in Salem. He is a graduate of Salem Elementary, Spanish Fork High school, BYU, University of Michigan, and the Michigan College of Optometry. Following graduation, Dr. Clark completed an ocular disease residency serving veterans at the VA Hospital in Las Vegas.
With vast experience in diabetes, glaucoma, macular degeneration, infection, glasses, and contacts, Dr. Clark now returns home to provide excellent eye care in his community. He is passionate about providing patients with accurate diagnoses and a mutually agreeable treatment plan.

Salem Hills Family Eyecare is proud to provide quality eye exams, services, and products. During each examination, Dr. Clark will monitor your eyes for signs of visually threatening diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, infections, lazy eye, and others. After adequately managing any such eye disorders, Dr. Clark will then address your visual needs by prescribing glasses and/or contacts.
We strive to provide high-quality eye care using cutting-edge technology. In addition to annual eye exams, we provide medically-focused exams for those with diabetes, macular degeneration, glaucoma, eye infections & injuries, and much more. Our comprehensive eye exam consists of over 30 different tests and takes about 30 minutes.

He’s going on a vacation in two weeks and this was the only Office that was able to Schedule me before my vacation and I can say I was not disappointed I usually go to Esplin eye care but I think I’ll now be coming here the receptionist were super friendly and the doctor was very thorough at explaining. I just want to thank all the people I came into contact with for such a great experience

Great experience here! They were very professional and kind. Dr. Clark was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was going on when he examined my eye. Just an all around positive experience. Also when I called in the woman who answered the phone was very kind and helpful which I really appreciated!

Dr. Clark was wonderful! He was very clear and explained to me everything he was seeing and helped inform me that my eyes are not too bad for contacts, and even offered to order some in that would fit me to try out for a week to see if I like them! He definitely went the extra mile! The staff is absolutely wonderful too! The lovely lady who was helping me was kind and explained everything happening, and was very calming to talk to. Definitely found a wonderful new eye doctor!

Dr. Clark and Zion are Amazing. They are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and caring. They went above and beyond for me and I will never see anyone else. They made me feel so important and heard. They even were willing to take care of my 4 year old little girls vision * I would recommend him to everyone!* 10/10

I went and saw Dr. Clark and was so impressed with him. The office is beautiful and with very easy parking. His staff greeted me and I was quickly seen by the doctor.
Dr. Clark checked my eyes and explained everything in lay terms so I understood.
I was very pleased with all the care that I was given.
