At Orem Eye Clinic, we are dedicated to our patients. Our goal is to provide our patients with the quality care necessary to achieve and maintain optimal eye health. Hard-to-fit contact lens for medical conditions including keratoconus, post corneal transplant, etc. Urgent and emergency ocular diagnosis and treatment (eye injuries, eye infections, sudden loss or change of vision, sudden onset floaters and/or flashes of light in vision).

Dr. King is very transparent about my care. He lets me know exactly what is going on the whole time without me having to ask and works hard to make sure everything is done thoroughly and to high standards. I definitely would recommend him as an optometrist. Plus, the clinic has very soothing decorations. Every visit I have had has been as enjoyable as a doctors appointment could be expected to be.

Don’t go here they will rack up a bill with trying to fit you with contacts saying they know what they are doing. Waste of money painful to get contacts I can’t even wear! They made me come back so many times I was so tired of the fittings visits and then had a huge bill! Do not trust them they are a scam!!! Never missed a appointment and felt taken advantage of!

I don't write many reviews online but this is an exception:
Ive had eye problems ever since I was 4 years old and my mom always took me to Target Optical or the Excel Eye Center, those aren't bad companies judging from my experience as a kid and Excel Eye Center helped me get my first pair of contacts- which were actually super low quality and didn't work out but I don't think thats there fault.
Roughly 2 years ago I switched to Orem Eye Clinic and I have never been through a eye appointment faster, they got me contacts that work super well to this day and have completely changed my life and

Our family has been seeing Dr Campbell for years now. He is so thorough amd professional. He helped my husband when his retina detached. He knows his stuff, and I trust him with my eye sight implicitly. Recently, I went in and ended up seeing Dr King and I would definitely recommend him as well. The office space is newly remodeled and beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have to give an extra shout out to Becca who works in the office …she’s the best!!!

The office staff worked to fit me at the last minute because they didn't think it would be a good idea to wait since my eye problem had already lasted a few weeks. The doctor that helped me was Dr King and I was impressed with his knowledge and skills. As a former patient of Dr Codner's, I wasn't sure what to expect of new doctors when I first came in a year or two ago, but I received such good care. Today was the same. I highly recommend Orem Eye Clinic!

Came to this clinic today for the first time, as I just moved from another state.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality, kindness, and professionalism of the staff! The equipment is much more advanced than that of my previous doctor as well. Dr. Solomon was very attentive, thoroughly checked my eyes, and answered all my questions as well as gave an overview of what he found. His professionalism and knowledge were comforting and reassuring!
Definitely would recommend this clinic. It is not everyday that you're able to feel comfortable and at home, but this is definitely something

I've really liked this clinic. Dr. King and his close attention to detail have been exactly what my daughter and I needed. My daughter has thyroid eye disease and Dr. King took the time with her to fully understand the best treatment for her eyes, which included a second exam just to compare results when he suspected inflammation was affecting her vision. I have been struggling with dry eyes for years, but never had practitioner take the time to treat it. The office staff has also been great to work with. Completely messed up the insurance--I told them what I needed done when I made the appointment, again when I got the appointment and again during the appointment. I had a $0 copay, but they charged me $57. When I logged in and showed them I had no copay, they said it had changed (really? it changed in November??) They finally reimbursed it. Waste of time, waste of money.

Terrible service. Wish I had gone to ANYONE else. My first time getting glasses and when they asked if I wanted polycarbonate and anti-ray coating, I asked how much they would be. They said "Oh, $6 or $7". If only they had told me that was the sales tax! They sent me a bill a month later for $96! I called them up (I got my insurances mixed up) and asked if they could bill it to the correct insurance. They said they weren't obligated to! Never felt like they were putting the customer first EVER. Seriously, do NOT go here. I never write reviews but I don't want anyone else to

I've always used Standard Optical for my contacts, glasses, etc. but decided to try out a new place to see if they offered better service. That was my mistake. Dr. Connors himself was fine, though they made me wait for over an hour before he could see me (despite me having an appointment). Now it's been almost two months and I'm still receiving bills in the mail for services that were not asked for, or that they made sound like would be 100% covered by my insurance. So far about $150 worth.
Overall I felt like it was pretty poor service, and the front desk ladies aren't a lot
