Got the chance to try the self serve bay and loved it. Very well kept, great products. Definitely recommend the self serve option if you like cleaning your car. Added a photo or two of the car nice and clean after the self serve.
Totally thought I posted an update but I was mistaken. The owner responded on google AND reached out via email. Hard to find customer service like that nowadays and for that reason I’m changing the stars from 2 to 4. He is willing to refund me and wants to take another look at my wheels to see what may have happened. Other businesses take note! Everyone makes

It’s so-so. I came here on 1/24 around 3:15. I got the $16 best wash on the automatic wash. First, I put a $20 bill and got $3 in dollar coins in return (missing $1). The attendant over there just gave me a $1 valued token to use at the vacuum instead of handing me $1 USD (kinda unfair).
The wash itself is so-so. It’s a touchless wash, so I know it won’t take care 100% of the stains on the car. But I think the $16 wash was a waste on my end. Update: 12/1, I called back and they were able to give me a refund so at least they are accomdating. They were running some tests on the automatic one on that day. Guess I was a little unlucky.
On 11/24 around 11:20 AM I had gotten an automatic touchless car wash, the left one to be specific. The car wash did little to nothing and I had selected the 14$ option as well. It actually just rearranged the dust on my car. Please don’t come here - or at least the automatic wash. I wanted to get these brown stains off my car and not only did the wash not take it off, it also added pink stains from the soap it didn’t wash off. I told myself that I could just wipe it off but the fact that the dust on my hood was still there AFTER being washed, I just left and left the lot with a dirty car and $14 poorer. Go somewhere else if you want the automatic car wash. Pictures are of pink spots that appeared on my car after the wash. Other picture shows my finger swipe on my dusting hood AFTER the wash.

This car wash is open 24*7. It’s all automated and the place is well lit. We did the automatic car wash. It cleaned our car but it was a bit expensive. One negative was the water smelled bad. I would definitely suggest cleaning it by yourself, it wouldn’t cost that much. There are a good number of cars when we went around 8pm. Over all a great place to clean your car if you are around College Park.

This is by far the coolest car wash location in the MD area. The owner David is so nice and professional and helped me take care of my car which got absolutely wrecked by inclement weather and flowers from a tree. I recommend this place to absolutely everyone, and will get my friends and family to go here as well from now on. I’m happy!

Do not waist a single dime on the touchless drive-through car wash unless you like seeing your car look exactly as it did when you drove in. I used it this past weekend, paid $12 for a wash, rinse, polish, and air dry. It did literally nothing -- with the exception of the glass, the car looked the same coming out as it did going in with the same streaks of dirt of everywhere. Never again.
