Now, everyone's idea of a perfect campsite is different, but for us, the Newfound Campground was perfection.
The most important things we look for in a campground is a friendly host, safe grounds, and clean amenities. The campground was a great base location for the local attractions and sights. Our compacted ground site was level and had a dedicated patch of grass with a small tree. We personally felt that the sites were all well-spaced, we’ve been in campgrounds much, much closer. The onsite facilities were clean and well maintained. (For those interested, the laundry is $1.50 for a wash and

This park has sub par amenities at best. There is no phone service and the WiFi is sporadic. Worst of all are the managers. Rude, unprofessional and liars. Don’t go here unless you like having a bad experience.

There is no pool if that is something you are looking for.
The grounds are very nicely groomed.
We will definitely be back.

Nice park. Dirt sites. FHU and all worked well. Wifi was good. Park is clean and quiet except for one neighbor, not within the park, who was very loud and used language l would not want my wife or any children to hear. Not much the park owner can do much about. Park staff was not as friendly as most other park we been to.

If I could give zero stars I would. This owner hid behind a tree taking pictures of campers and the posted them on a public social media page with almost 10k follows. Then proceeded to justify her actions by slandering other people. Extremely trashy. Would never camp here.

The new owners are amazing!! They are super friendly and very accommodating!! We have camped there three times this year (2021) and are signed up to camp there 2 more times this year! The campground is quiet and full of awesome respectful campers. The bathrooms are always kept clean and their store has a few of those small items we always seem to forget!! It is close to everything but far enough to get away from the everyday hustle and bustle!!

1st timers here. This was our 1st time RV camping in the Lakes Region. We heard alot of good things about the new owners, and all were accurate. The only uncontrollable issue was rain...and 55 degree weather for 5 of 7 days...
