I recently purchased a new car and needed to add it to my policy. I put in a call to Kim, and she took care of the rest. She even sent me proof of insurance before I knew the dealer would require the document to complete the purchase. It was easier than ordering takeout these days. The insurance is competitive like all insurance companies strive to be, but the people there are good honest folks who will provide a personal service level you can't find elsewhere.
