Incredibly disappointed in the lack of ownership and promptness. They incorrectly cancelled my homeowners policy 3 months prematurely (while our house was under contract). We had to jump through hoops in order to sell the house in time. I had to follow up multiple times to get the error fixed... if I hadn't been on top of them, I don't think we would've closed. They were too busy placing blame ("corporate messed up, not our office") to actually help. Then, I got bombarded with a ton of bills that were sent to our OLD address-- we closed on the house and they knew we moved, remember? I've been with
