Services
Upon completing your reservation with one of our agents, the property will no longer be available for other tenants to rent. One of our agents will email you a copy of your lease. Within seven days of receiving your lease you are required to sign the lease and return it to our office along with the first payment.
We offer travel insurance through CSA VACATION RENTAL INSURANCE, which will protect your vacation investment against an illness or injury to you, a traveling companion or family member, Hurricanes & natural disasters, a job termination, and 20+ additional covered reasons.
In the event of a cancellation by a tenant who has not purchased traveler's insurance our policy states payments will be refunded ONLY when the property is re-rented at no loss to the owner.12% of total rent shall be deducted by the Agent as a fee for re-rental services. Your vacation is protected when you buy CSA Vacation Rental Insurance, which offers trip cancellation, delay, and interruption coverage.

If you cannot arrive by this time, please call our office so other arrangements can be made. KEYS WILL NOT BE GIVEN OUT PRIOR TO THE CHECK-IN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. This policy allows owners ample time to inspect the property to make sure everything is in order for your vacation.
Check-Out Time: Keys must be returned to deSatnick Real Estate on check out day promptly at 10:00 A.M. Please plan accordingly and have all cleaning and packing completed to make this time deadline.If you plan to leave before the office opens, you may deposit keys through the mail slot in the back side door of the office.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Broker shall collect, and hold the security deposit in a non-interest bearing escrow account. Owner shall be responsible for having the property inspected immediately upon Guest check-out and prior to any new Guest's possession.

Our experience with Desatnick Real Estate was the worst we have encountered in the 40 years we have been coming to Cape May and renting.This July we rented a home we have rented several times. We received a call 3 weeks prior to our check in that the check in time would be changed from 2 to 4pm. We promptly called and said that we needed to stay with 2pm due to meds and food needing to be refrigerated. Colleen White told us that we would be able to have entry to the home to do so and that the cleaning people group might still be there. We got a text from Colleen at 1pm on our check in day telling
