We rented a unit the week of 8/12. When we got to the house the AC on the third floor, where all of the bedrooms were located, was not working. We immediately contacted the real estate. Justin came by and told us to wait, the AC worked perfectly fine and needed time to cool. The other floors were cooled down pretty quickly, but the third floor had no indication of cooling or any air ventilation. Despite, we remained patient and waited. We ended up not having any AC on the third floor that night and then again the next day. The following day was Sunday and the real estate was closed but thank goodness
