At Artemis Design Co., our whole chain of production is hands-on and handmade. Our head-cobbler in Istanbul works in the family business started by his father, and he employs other highly skilled and respected cobblers, some of whom have been creating shoes for forty years. There is a particular pleasure and romance in watching something being created the same way as it has been for centuries.
Artemis is not responsible for packages once they're in the custody of a carrier for delivery; however, we'd be glad to contact the carrier on your behalf. We would recommend requesting a "signature on delivery", or ordering your package to your office or workplace to ensure you are there to accept it when it arrives.
