I first want to start with I had a hard time deciding 4 or 5 stars, so I went with 4, but don't worry it's a solid 4.5 stars.
We stayed at Ooglie Bear Cabin 1/28-1/31, how we ended up here we actually had a rental at another cabin/rental company. Unaccommodating us with my elderly handicapped mother we almost ended up in a hotel but for whatever reason I turned down the road where this cabin is and we thought was an office that appeared closed. We called the number on the sign on the cabin (only one I ever saw out of all the cabins there) and it just so happened to be an available cabin

I made reservations with this company, however prior to leaving my wife and my dad came down with Covid. Sadly, they make no allowances whatsoever for any changes or alterations to a reservation, even unforeseen sickness. I was told that I should have purchased insurance- on top of the cost of the cabin. Having worked with Hilton Hotels in the past, and knowing that the majority of the industry provides for reservation changes, this is exceptionally frustrating, as this was to be our "honeymoon". I do not recommend using this company until they change their policies and make a better

The stay was comfortable and had most of everything we needed. The views from the patios were breathtaking. I was so impressed and thankful that they put a Christmas tree up. The steep hill was no joke but it was worth it because it was such an amazing time.

My family and I had the best time staying in the Blue Mist cabin rental by Bear Camp. The cabin was cozy quaint and clean. It had everything we wanted including an amazing view of the Smoky Mountains and a hot tub. The Bear Camp staff was organized, professional and responsive when we had trouble finding the cabin( it was dark when we arrived). We would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed the beautiful Daya cabin for our honeymoon in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. We had to cancel our original reservation because of a COVID issue, but then were able to book a slightly different date and the staff at Bear Camp Cabin Rentals was extremely accommodating. And the fall view from the porch was incredible. Three of the four photos attached were from the porch, and the other was of the ONLY bear we saw in the Smokies, and it lolloped in front of our car as we made the final turn toward the cabin. We would highly recommend this cabin for your vacation getaway.

This one is hard to write. I enjoyed the experience of renting a cabin for me, my kids and grands. I did not like that the floor around the hot tub gave way under my son stepping on it. The black mold/ organic matter in the hot tub room on the ceiling, or the toilet seat that was wooden and rotted away (with no way to be properly cleaned) (just replace it for God's sake). The fridge had peices broken off it and stowed in the cabinets. I called on Friday about the unsafe floor and never heard back. We were not offered the opportunity to move. Renting with Bear Camp Cabin Rentals was a great experience. The cabin was large and spacious with all the amenities we needed. The directions for checking in and out were clear and easy to follow, and didn't require us to go to the office or anything. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely rent from these guys again.

It's hard to find a cabin big enough for our family -19 total. The cabin was roomy and although we were all together, we never felt like we were on top of each other. Plenty of fun things to do - the cabin offered a pool table, theatre room, two hot tubs, and an indoor pool. The kids loved it. My only suggestion is a larger, industrial refrigerator. That many people can eat a lot:-)
The office staff was also very friendly and helpful. The cabin we stayed in was originally an Airbnb, but was sold. I was so worried that our reservation would not be honored, but the transition was seamless

Was very pleasantly surprised by the condition of the cabin when we arrived. It was immaculately cleaned and very well-appointed. Furniture and beds were comfortable and everything worked well. Was especially impressed to find things like measuring cups and a meat thermometer when cooking. Although the cable worked fine, only one bedroom had a Roku stick so watching Netflix wasn't an option in the Living Room. The cabin was beautiful. My family and I enjoyed it very much. The only thing I didn't like was that the Dollywood tickets they advertise isn't what it seems. They give you one free adult ticket and you have to call and go through stuff to get it. I thought they would be for my whole family considering the price paid for the cabin. I think that should be taken off or they should specify how many and the conditions. The roads are very curvy and the gps takes you to the wrong place so make sure you read the signs because that's how I found my cabin. Other than that it was a beautiful

The cabin was absolutely breathtaking. We stayed in the wilderness lodge, which is 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It had a full kitchen, 2 balconies, a hot tub, and a pool table. We had free access to a public swimming pool for the duration of our stay and was close enough to different attractions without being where the crowds were. Highly recommend staying here if u enjoy nature without having to totally rough it.

We stayed at Alpine Joy. The guests before us decided to leave a bunch of food next to the cabin so the first day we got to watch the bears. Unfortunately the hot tub was not clean and we were unable to use it but everything else was ok. I would probably stay again with my husband but not my girls as they were disappointed (12 & 7).

Mountain Music was an absolutely gorgeous cabin, very family friendly. We did have an issue learning how to navigate the projector and getting the internet to work properly. The tech showed up at the cabin the next day even though we already had it fixed, which was nice! During our 4 day stay we seen 7 bears up close and personal. We LOVED it!! The bear went to the pond area to swim and we got to watch them from the top balcony. Honestly we can NOT wait to come back! The process of booking to arriving to departure was super simple.

Bear Camp Cabins were very accommodating when we had an issue with a previous cabin we had rented. They found us an even better location. The house was just beautiful, even better than the pictures. The view of the mountains were very inviting from the deck and the baby loved listening to the waterfall below. Everything was well taken care is and we felt very welcome there. Plenty of parking with 4 cars, easy to have each member of the family be able to come and go if they wanted to. The pool and golf course was great when you just wanted to hang around and relax. We highly, highly recommend then

Mystic Moonlight cabin. Great stay. Convenient to have a bathroom in every bedroom. Accommodated our 10 people easily. Arcade game was a hit with everyone. Comfortable. Clean. Would stay again. Beautiful sunsets! Even saw a mama bear and her cubs below at neighbor’s place. Rental company checked in with us and all were very friendly.

The view was as pretty as the pictures online! The deck and chairs were wonderful, and we loved sitting outside; it was so relaxing. Inside the cabin everything was neat, clean and organized. Plenty of extra pillows, blankets and hangers. We loved our time there and would consider returning. The ascent to the cabin is exciting in a couple of places, even for experienced mountain drivers; be sure and do it in daylight. We highly recommend it!

We stayed at Big Sky. It was amazing. Very roomy. Everything taking care of. Clean and had broom,dust pan, mop and vacuum. Getting there was easy. The fire pit had fresh wood and benches have been added.
There is a surprise. I am not sure if it was on purpose. But, the first day we was looking to see if there was another remote. Nope but we did find a uno card. Then stumbled across another game piece hidden. Then it became a scavenger hunt to find game pieces. We found 5 hidden in total. We left everything. We Thought it was fun. The kids spent awhile looking for them.

This is the perfect getaway retreat for a small family or romantic couple. The cabin is located atop a mountain for great views, while also being close enough to town to get supplies or enjoy an evening out. Our family went to Dollywood, and we found the cabin to be a close location to that and many other fun activities. The cabin itself was especially clean and well equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and comfortable beds. The hot tub, outdoor grill, and fire pit rounded out the cabin experience, and we will absolutely use this location again for our wilderness vacation.

We stayed in the mountain tyme cabin. Overall it was good but the place needs a SERIOUS deep clean. The bathroom on the bottom floor was not clean at all. There was dirt built up in the corners that has been there a while. There was still trash on the floor in the bedroom downstairs too. The wifi is horrible at best. Obviously we weren't going to the cabin to be online the whole time, but at the end of a busy day we would have liked to unwind for a bit with devices and it just wasn't possible. You can't even watch tv, so don't expect to get to do that either.

Do not stay here. They are very unprofessional. The cabin we stayed in had the worst ant problem ever. The ants were in our bags, everywhere in the cabin. They destroyed $600 worth of groceries we bought and left in the cabin when we went out for the day..
Among other things...... The cleaning crew left hair in the shower. The plates that were provided for us were Melamac material and clearly someone had put them in the microwave because they were burned crispy plates. The ceiling in my moms room had mold spots. There were people there while we stayed marking spots all

This might be the worst experience I have ever had with a cabin rental. We pulled up and we're hopeful until we walked in the door and realized that not a thing looked like it had been cleaned. Everything is very out dated and or broken. The dishwasher started smoking when it hit the drying cycle. We found undergarments left by the previous renters, they might have been their a while who knows. The walls, doors and floors are grimy and very unkempt. No option for a refund, as is cleverly buried in the service agreement.
I totally get that there are policies, but it wouldn't have cost anything to call earlier than 45 minutes before check-in time. I could have slept in like you wouldn't believe.
This place may be nice, but who knows, we never got there. If you do book, call them the day before you leave to make sure, then 12 hours before your arrival, then 6 hours, aw hell better call them 3 minutes before, jussssst to make

We called to let them know the hot tub wasn't working, fireplace was out of order, kitchen sink heavily leaked and the restroom had a beyond sulfur smell that was nauseating. The highest positioned person said, "Is that all?" And she hung up on me when she was done. She stated I talked over her. Very defensive. We purposely picked a secluded cabin with a hot tub and fireplace listed as an amenity ... they wouldn't refund and didn't fix a thing while we were there.

If you are looking for a nice get away cabin to enjoy all that pigeon forge and gatlinburg has to offer, do yourself a favor and do NOT stay here. Specifically the always and forever cabin. The pictures on Bear Camp Cabin Rentals are very clearly not up to date. My wife and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary and if it weren't for the partnership with xplorie, we would have packed up and gone elsewhere. Especially after the first night. The cleaning crew they have for this place is horrible. Stains on the furniture, mold in the bathroom and kitchen. Coffee pot has old dirty stains on

4.5 star really. Our view was AMAZING. My favorite part. I love the porch that I could see the moon at night and the beautiful sunrise in the morning. The decor inside was lovely. Overall it was a very nice stay. My only complaint was the cleanliness, (the floor needed to be vacuumed over) and the pull out sofa mattresses upstairs and downstairs could probably be replaced. Both parties said they were very uncomfortable and felt as if they were laying on bars. Easy fixes.
Overall it was a great long weekend and the views alone earned 4 stars. Will return.

We spend our 1st year wedding anniversary at Bear End Cabin, and it was a treat. The quiet surroundings were excellent as well as the cleanliness of the cabin. We stayed from August 22nd to 29th of August 2020. The only disappointment for my wife was not seeing a black bear to take pictures and film, lol. Everything else was breathtaking!

Absolutely beautiful! When we pulled up and went in, we were in awe. Very easy to work with, we had to reschedule do to covid 19 pandemic and everything went very smooth, let us change which cabin we wanted and let us add an extra day to our vacation the day before we were supposed to check out because we werent ready to leave yet! Gorgeous mountain views!
The only complaint would be the beds could be updated, and the walls are a little scuffed up and latch on sliding door was broke.
We had a mama and 3 cubs come in 3 our of the 5 days. Very cool to watch.
