HearthSide Cabin Rentals company was created in 2004 as some friends gathered around the warmth of a glowing fire, by a massive stacked-stone fireplace hearth, one winter afternoon. With a focus on compassion, service, and hard work our little effort soon turned into the company you see today, Hearthside Cabin Rentals.
Our office is located on the right hand side of Wears Valley Road, just one mile from traffic light number 3. In Pigeon Forge turn onto Wears Valley Rd. from the main Parkway at light #3, go about 1 mile and we will be on the right hand side. Take I-40 Exit 407 - Hwy 66 South and go 9.0 miles toward Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg - this route turns into US 441 at the main intersection in Sevierville.

Hearthside cabin rental was wonderful, however we stayed in Rustic Retreat and it was a mess. The cabin was dirty, there were roaches, when you flushed the tolite it sounded like it was going to back flow into the shower. The cabin stated it would be decorated for Christmas it was not. The cabin is pet friendly however there is almost no where for your pet to potty. The basement was freezing while the main floor was warm and the thermostat would stick on a temp where it couldn't be changed. The driveway is at 13 degrees which is difficult for the average automobile. There was trash in the yard

Hearthside Cabin Rentals - Snuggle Inn
Snuggle Inn was a very cozy cabin. Upon arrival the hot tub was being worked on, it was fixed the next day, but we had to wait for it to fill back up and heat. We were able to use it two and a half (2 1/2) days after our arrival.
We were unable to use either of the two jacuzzis (cabin has two bedrooms a red painted one and a green painted one) because the hot water ran out before the water reached the jets. The jets in the green room has black buildup that I wiped off with a bath cloth, it definitely needs sanitizing and cleaning.

We stayed at the Lazy Moose Retreat. The Hearthside Agency was great, however the cabin could have been cleaner. The basics, bathroom and clean linens, were okay but the major dust balls and webs were disturbing. Especially in the kitchen area. The entry doors were extremely dirty as were the huge picture windows to look out of for the view and there is a piece of furniture in there that truly needs to be disposed of because of stains and such. The cabin was older, in a great location, and had the amenities of a hot tub and allowed pets, but age and unclean do not have to go together. I would have

The representative who booked our cabin was professional, courteous, responsive, and available when we needed information. The cabin we rented from this company was spacious, beautiful, clean, safe, well stocked and well maintained. The indoor heated saltwater pool was fabulous as was the BIG hot tub. We had a stunning view of the Smokey mountains from the porches, pool, hot tub, & living area. The kids enjoyed the game room & pool table. The kitchen was big and well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. We appreciated the Christmas trees and decorations as we celebrated Christmas early in the cabin

We stayed in the romantic hideaway cabin. It was not ready until 4:30-5pm after a 11 hour drive. The TV console was very dusty and there was food particles on kitchen counters and coffee table. The sheets were turned inside out on both beds and had hair all over them. The tops sheets were left folded under bedspreads. In other words finish making your own bed!!! A spider lives in the cob webs above the shower and visits with you while showering. There is also cob webs everywhere just look up and behind doors.The dishes had film on all of them and some dirty ones. (SUGESTION SUPPLY CASCADE DISH

The maintenance and reservation process was excellent. However, the cleanliness of the cabin could have been better. The countertops, tables and floor needed to be thoroughly cleaned. There were not enough washcloths, towels in the cabin. A pool stick was broken upon our arrival. The cabin was missing an iron and ironing board. The concierge did provide the additional/missing items.

We’ve used 3 other cabin rental companies and Hearthside is by far my favorite company! Their cabins are budget friendly, very clean, and we loved our location. We stayed at Bullwinkle and it was perfect for our family with 8 adults and 6 kids! The drive wasn’t to bad, the driveway was pretty steep, but there was a large parking area that was perfect so we could turn cars around. We will definitely book with this company again!!!

We loved staying at this resort. It was an great experience along with great views of the mountains. The high timber retreat home is a place we would call home again while on vacation. Its a neat place, along with neat, clean and calm environment. Roads that lead all the way to and from the cabin are well maintained and easy access. If looking for a full secluded home out by itself with no one around, then its not for you. But overall, we loved it

We really enjoyed our cabin, and the view was fantastic. Very relaxing atmosphere. Secluded and private cabin. Loved seeing the sun rise and the moon every night. The full moon our last night was the best of all. The day we left it was raining, telling us it was time to go home. Every day of our stay there the weather was absolutely perfect. We will return for sure. Highly recommended.
