Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness
Poor communication and they were a no call/no show for our scheduled appointment. Our appointment was at 3pm and they texted at 4:45 asking if I was home. I had to go back to work. I waited from 3 to 4 for them and they never called or texted about being late.

I never leave reviews, but I felt the need to after reading some of the others on here. I have met with Jay twice now and each time I have felt more and more comfortable with his knowledge and his calm demeanor. After picking his brain with 40 plus questions you can just tell that he knows his pools and materials required to meet your expectations. I'm the type that has to be VERY clear on what I will be receiving and Jay has responded to over 25 plus text messages outside of our in person meetings (not a penny out of pocket). I will be using him to build my pool as I'm confident he is the right

WARNING: Waited nearly 3 weeks for my appointment as the pool business is busy right now. Jay (owner) shows up and I walk him around the property with basic ideas and we are open to ideas. Informed him we are paying cash ( so he has no worries about buyer qualifications). Upon departure he said he would work up price and artwork/layout and get back to me. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN ! I have heard for decades how dirty the pool business can be...just because someone has a clean truck with their name on the side means nothing. Get referrals and shop around.

Jay and Jayme were amazing through our whole pool-building process. They stayed on their timeline and were highly professional. They communicated as needed and gave us plenty of time to make decisions for the pool. They never pressured us into adding more items but always offered ideas if we wanted or needed them. We absolutely LOVE our pool and hot tub - the design is amazing, the tile work is superb, and the water color is gorgeous. We are so grateful for their work and we highly recommend this business!
