Dawn has been with the company since 1994 after graduating from Echols International Travel School in Chicago. Dawn has grown-up in the travel industry. One of her first travel memory's as a child was not Disney World, It was Rio de Janeiro Brazil & swiming at Copacabana Beach. Dawn is also passionate about the Hawaiian Islands.

Dawn was a great source of knowledge helping us arrange our wedding anniversary trip to Aruba. The resort was fabulous and conveniently located to many restaurants and shops. The sea was stunning and the weather was beautiful.
However, our flight was cancelled 10 hours before departure and rescheduled one day later. The travel agency was closed. Fortunately, we had purchased travel insurance and the insurance company was so kind and was able to reach out to Dawn, Dawn worked with the resort to modify our 7-day reservation. I am so happy with my experience with My Travel. Dawn originally helped me with travel arrangements for a London trip with my kids. That trip had to be cancelled due to covid. My deposit was kept in an account for a later date. Dawn called me this Spring to advise United would add to that amount if I took a trip before December. My husband and I decided to take a trip. Dawn helped me plan a trip to Mexico with a large group of people who were scattered across the US. It was not an easy feat, with so many people living in different cities, but she came through and helped organize everything! I reached out to her as I was having tremendous trouble trying to organize this trip with a couple other people, and I’m SO happy I found her! She saved us a lot of time and headaches, and the resort we went to was awesome!! I’ll be using her again to plan my 10 year wedding anniversary next year!

Dawn is AMAZING! She helped plan a large group trip to Mexico and she was beyond helpful. She was great with talking with everyone and keeping everyone informed. She even handled last minute changes so well. She informed us of any possible issues we would have and was always so quick to answer everyone’s questions. She was open and honest and had real life experiences/knowledge about the places we inquiring about. If she didn’t know an answer she would find out and get back to us super fast! Our group hasn’t had the greatest experiences with travel agents but Dawn I would definitely recommend

Stopped in on a Tues without an appointment to help my son and future daughter in law with their honeymoon plans that were 3 weeks away. They just found out they could both get away but the trouble know was finding a great all inclusive resort at one of their requested destination spots on short notice. Dawn from MyTravel Agent went out of her way to help me. In less then 2 days she got multiple locations and my kids got their honeymoon planned.
