Dr. Gupta's office is poorly managed by Ms. Gupta, Dr. Gupta did not review my medical history, and only looked at the current medical tests because as Ms. Gupta implied, they are busy with other patients. Ms. Gupta provides contradictory information, talks over you, and hangs up the phone during a conversation.

I do not recommend this doctor's office to anyone!! Had a terrible experience and never going back again. The billing department is terrible, unresponsive and very unprofessional. I kept getting bills from the lab, the billing supervisor said she needed paper copy of the bills to fix the issue, went back in person just for that and the docs were never delivered to her. This doctor's office does not even have an email address and their fax machine does not even work. Had to send the documents to her personal yahoo email. Ended up paying for changes I should not have paid because the

Please don't allow the front desk to wheel your family members in a wheelchair, my grandfather is still sore from being slammed into the wall and the door multiple times...meanwhile the manager is holding the door for her. My grandparents have been patients here for years even after not being misdiagnosed and over medicated. They had trouble figuring out the paperwork and medications that makes it hard to have faith in this facility. I've tried so many times to get them to switch, but the are set in their ways.
