After twenty plus years of excellent service, we can now get no one to respond to our multiple phone calls. Perhaps there are new owners or maybe the ones we have dealt with in the past no longer place customer service as a priority. We are disappointed and aggravated in this change and will not recommend Aquamatic.
Update. Finally communicated via phone. Aquamatic will be here tomorrow. Hope this was just a gigantic glitch or phone snafu. I will update again.

I have issues with the sprinklers not covering certain patches of grass. The owner was to provide an analysis and recommendations since September and after I left multiple messages asking for a call back; it’s 11/9 and still no call
