This location in downtown Chattanooga is not worth a wooden nickel. Took my watch there for repairs, the ladies working were unfriendly, unsmiling and made no effort to welcome me with any enthusiasm whatsoever. They had my watch for at least two months. I received one voice message from the repair man at their original location stating they received the wrong parts and had to reorder. I called the ladies back several times, they said they would call back when it was finished and never did. I stopped in 3 times before actually getting my watch back, with a crown that was not the same as the original
