Building a home is typically a stressful experience, and we built our new home in Pittsboro, NC with Cotton Construction while living in Georgia! You would think that would be a recipe for disaster, but the process went smoothly thanks to Bill and his capable staff. We had already interviewed several builders before we met with Bill Cotton. We knew immediately that he was the right builder for us. We were impressed with his honesty, attention to detail, full transparency on the budget, and just a downright personable guy. Our home was completed on-time, on budget and is a BEAUTY.
