We hired these guys to remodel our downstairs. Divide up our basement, build a wall, and install a Jacuzzi. We had seen another job they did up the street and the folks were reasonably happy and the work decent. Well instead of a seasoned builder we were given a 20 year old inexperienced nephew of the owner who knew as much about renovating as I do about Chemical Engineering.First, they ripped out our entire downstairs before even ordering any of the new stuff (cabinets, tub, etc) and left it that way for 5 weeks.
