Acne is an inflammatory condition of the sebaceous (oily) glands of the skin that leads to the production of pimples. Acne most commonly affects the face, neck, chest, shoulders, and upper back, which have a high concentration of sebaceous follicles. Blackheads and whiteheads (technically known as open and closed comedones) develop when the follicles become clogged and inflamed.
Brown spots, sun spots, age spots, liver spots, and melasma all refer to the results of accumulated sun damage to your skin. While hormones and skin trauma can also play a role in causing these spots, sun exposure is the main culprit. They appear on the face, hands, arms, and chest area.

Bob has done a wonderful job reducing the brown spots on my face. They virtually disappeared after 3 sessions. Bob is great at explaining what the laser does and makes you very comfortable. The staff is terrific and I would recommend GMA to anyone who wants to feel pretty again.
