Great for families with young kids! Enjoyed our stay at the property and would recommend:
- Location: Close to parks & playgrounds (Danehy Park), groceries (Wholefoods), and public transportation (Red line)
- Management: Very well managed; managers have been responsive to requests
- Amenities: Nice gym, public space, easy access to parking, trash collection

Enjoying the apartment, very nice building and close to the park. It is a bit away from public transportation and the parking spaces are pretty tight. We also hear constant thumping from upstairs so just a fair warning if you live under a family with kids, it can get pretty noisy and obnoxious as its is continuous and ongoing. We hear stomping, objects being dragged across the ground, jumping, just to name a few. Our doors shake and it is loud enough to wake us up very early in the morning.

We moved into Park 77 and everything has been terrific so far. The apartment complex is incredible, from the nice public area set ups, to the apartments themselves, and the staff. The staff is extremely accommodating to its residents. The property manager Jorge has been terrific through the entire process , from the application, viewing the property, moving into the building, and beyond.
The location is great as well, with Danehy Park across the street, fresh pond and fresh pond mall close by.
Absolutely recommend Park 77 (or Park 87 which we also lived at for a short while)
