Rocket Wash is the first rail-less flat conveyor car wash in our area using the newest technology in the industry. Setting Rocket Wash apart from the competition is the speed and quality of the wash. It will be like no other car wash around. Michael Willkomm explains, "From entrance to exit, it will take only two minutes to completely clean, polish and dry a vehicle."
Stop by the cashier lane to sign up. After you sign up, our crew member will put an RFID tag on your windshield so the next time you come back, just go through the VIP Unlimited Club Lane. Monthly program fee will be automatically charged to customer's credit card on the purchase anniversary date. Please allow a minimum of seven working days prior to the next billing date to affect cancellation of the program.
A conditioning pre-cleaner that aids in prepping the vehicles surface for cleaning and protective applications that will be applied later in the wash. Conditioning soap that aids in breaking through road film and grime, to prep the vehicle better for wax coatings. A protective coating for the surface of the vehicle that repels against water and aids in the water beading up and falling off of the vehicle.

I've been a "valued customer" since they opened, I have my monthly pass. I've never had any problems it's always been wonderful customer service, until today. I've had 3 new cars and had my sticker transfered to each one with no problems. This guy today says a $5 charge for a new sticker... We have never been charged, he basically said all 3 times we've had that done the person did not know what they were doing probly but he had to charge us. We told him if we were charged we were just going to cancel and take our business elsewhere. He was actually gunna do that with no hesitation.... You would

I paid $15 for a wash that said "under carriage wash", so I could get the underbody of my truck sprayed afterward with protective coating.
The company doing the coating had to wash it themselves because, in their words, "the bottom was extremely dirty".
I took it to your shop Sunday 11/28 around 1:30pm, then drove 5 miles to the coating company on clean roads.
Waste of $15 & I have to go an extra day with less vehicles for my family.

So, this is a good car wash. I have 2 monthly memberships there. However, I would highly recommend using one of the other 2 locations at this time. With all of the construction in this area, your vehicle will be dirty when you leave the car wash and head for home. I have a dark colored vehicle, and it looked terrible by the time I made it home. I ended up having to go all the way out to the Kenosha location so that my car made it home clean. Frustrating!!

I rudely had my monthly car wash sticker removed from my windshield , after I asked to have it placed properly centered below my mirror! They refunded my fee and told me to leave .this happened on spring and 31 in racine .luckily they had a nice man at the kenosha location and he reinstated my monthly wash and put the sticker where it belongs. By the way the young lady first installed it left of my mirror where interfered my line of Vision

I have 3 vehicles subscribed monthly at Rocket Wash for the past 2 years so I have the opportunity to use both the Pleasant Prairie, Kenosha and Racine locations.
I ALWAYS receive professional, friendly and courteous service from the staff at Rocket Wash!!
The facilities are well designed with an open feel throughout the wash and are ALWAYS meticulously maintained!! And it ALWAYS ALWAYS smells so good...lol

I've been about a dozen times and purchased the $6 wash and wasn't overly impressed with the way my car looked afterwards, but appreciated the free vacuums and the quick and easy service. And, even though the wash wasn't the best and I needed to towel dry it afterward, And there were a couple times when I needed to go thru a 2nd time to get some of the dirt off, I figured, whaddya want for $6?

Bought the unlimited package on line and I am ready to cancel, 35.00 a month is reasonable but the car is never clean after it goes through the car wash.
The last two times we got a car wash the tire shine did not work, when I complained about paying for their top of the line wash and not getting what I pay for the employee stated the tire shine was out of order and there was nothing they could do.
When we returned home today after going through the car wash I noticed blue spots all over the car, I imagine its soap.

I began using this car wash after they opened.This week after exiting my windshield was cracked. I was given run around for 3 days. Told manager wasn't available when she was. Then business shunned all responsibility and stated my windshield was defective. They claimed at one point my windshield was chipped and that led to issue. (Didn't happen). Terrible customer service and subpar car washes.

I signed up for the Unlimited Wash Club and they insisted on putting the sticker on themselves. Then, I had no idea why my auto high beam want working. It was because they blocked the sensor with the sticker. Could have caused me legal or liability issues!!! Then, they had to put the replacement on themselves too and iit is now crooked. Stupid business practice and not consumer friendly.

Rocket Wash is a very reasonable car wash with convenient tools such as free vacuums and floor mat cleaners to use after the wash. This is pretty nice if you'd rather clean your interior yourself or if you have dirty carpet mats.
Prices are good and you get what you pay for. Can't say my car has come out spotless, but the basic wash costs only six bucks and does a pretty good job.

I had the unlimited package and was using the wash about 2x per week and loved it....until something ripped off my front grille. I filed a claim that night and talked to the division leader the next day and they accused me of already having damage to my grille, which I did not. They were completely unwilling to do anything for me...to help repair/replace the grille, or even compensate with some free car washes or anything. So sadly, I had to cancel my membership and won't be going back.

I'm a bit disappointed. I bought the monthly pass and after the 3 wash my antenna was broken off. I'm really not sure if I'll keep the pass the wash does a great job but I really don't feel like replacing antennas every 3 wash. Maybe it's wear? But when the manager looked at she didn't even offer anything. I'm in the car business and if one of my customers showed me a broken antenna after we washed their car I would just replace it. I'm sure there a lot of people that try to get something for nothing. After purchasing a new car I tried rocket washing them

Cleaned my car pretty good. Free vacuum barely had any suction but it was free. The price is okay and gives you a couple of options. My only problem was the car wash was so rough that it ripped my license plate off of the car a bit, but its not a huge deal because the screws are still in on the top holding it to the car.
