I have been to Octopus car wash a few times in the past and decided to visit as I needed the interior detailed. I paid over $40 for vacuuming and exterior wash. When my car came out, the interior was still filthy. I brought it to the attention of the detailer so he quickly pulled out a vacuum and ran it between the seats where I showed him. I also noticed major water marks on the windows. This was not taken care of as he passed it off as my car being sprayed by sprinklers repeatedly. My car has always been garage kept and never in line of sprinkler water. The glass marks came off after I got home

$40 for a car wash and $8 tip.
I saw them hustling to get my car clean so I prepaid the tip on my
Credit card. Outside looked great. I got in and it looked like they had barely Vacuumed. I asked the guy vacuum it again. He said, we don’t do that at this station. (He had a wet vac next to him) take the car to the front, looks like a long line to get it redone. He did not give 2 Pennies about the issue.

After the reviews, I was a bit nervous to be honest. My car was a walking disaster. I work in the Veterinary world, have pets that travel with me, and I’m a horse trainer. This place really did an amazing job. My car is super shiny, the interior is clean (to give you an idea my cup holders had about a cm thick layer of arena dirt in them) and it smells great. The guy with the bun who detailed my car did great!

Zero attention to detail. I have been here about 5 times in past year and spend time every time pointing out the VERY obvious spots that were totally missed. Exterior cleaning is sub-par white rim residue left under the shiny gloss they put on. Carpets half vacuum. Dash never wiped. Ugh, just everywhere you look there is something. My kids would do a better job than these slam bam thank you ma’am folks.

The drive thru, does a good job on the outside, the seats were folded up and were not vacuumed out, next time I know.
Don’t bother with the $40 wash just pay for bare minimum and be done.
I would not recommend any upgrade they will only perform them half.
They have chairs to social distance, but don’t bother just walk outside and stand over to the side your car will be done soon.

Very let down with the results of my car wash. I paid extra for the “wheels and tires” and they are half done. The cup holders were not even wiped down. The leather still has dirt all over it. Only reason this is getting 2 stars is because the lady at the counter was pleasant. Will not be returning.

I've had a few bad experiences but I'm finally done going here. They asked me to pay $60 for a cleaning and I went for the $40 one because I had a feeling neither would be thorough anyway, and it was so bad. I don't think they did anything except vacuum, and it's visibly still dirty when I got into the car. They just vacuumed for 40.
