Worst repair company! ive gotten my laptop fixed twice from them and my screen keeps blacking out. they use cheap screens from china that are 16 cents and charge you over 500 for an issue that will happen again in a few months, you are better off taking your device to the apple store or ubreakifix. also a/c is always broken so its extremely hot

After receiving the part - I was up and running after only 1 week in the shop. Compare that to the Apple experience that is often weeks to diagnose.
Cannot recommend this store more - ample parking in the back, and super staff.

I went there thinking that I had cracked the screen of my iPhone 12. When the tech looked at it he peeled away the glass screen protector and the phone was fine. I felt like an idiot but relieved. A less scrupulous place could have tried to cheat me but this place didn’t. I went there because a friend recommended them and I will too.

Got product back damaged going back and forth no resolution was made make sure You take pictures of your items in the conditioner in before you give it to them or else you're screwed if you're even gonna bother taking it here in the first place the least they could have done for me was offer to fix what they messed up now my trade in value goes down and I will not be getting the full trade in value I do not recommend this place for you to go at all! I wish I would have scrolled down and read the reviews before coming here

Left keypad would not respond to clicks (MacBook Pro 2015)
Charged $25 for diagnostic.
Told it would be $135 for repairs.
Hard Passed on service ($135 really ?)
Offered $60 for the purchase of my laptop (No Thanks )
Went home and laptop works just like before. Just needed a day off I guess.
Basically paid $25 for nothing and was quoted $135 for more nothing.
Charged $25 for diagnostic.
Told it would be $135 for repairs.

These guys fixed my 27" mac, it has been 2 months now, i didn't wright a review yet because i wanted to see if i would be getting anymore issues and i can say that my mac is still operating supper, no issues. Yes i highly recommend this company, i don't want any of my apple products to break but if any does this will be the place to go for me..

These guys have always treated me fairly and are very prompt and quick to respond. Many it places can seem cold and unsympathetic to your circumstances in effort not to increase their liability. What makes these guys different is that they acknowledge your pain and make transparent efforts to assure you that the work you receive will be excellent without overpromising. My MacBook Air fell and the screen broke yesterday. It was while I was doing an assignment for work and I was so worried about all my files and if I could get the computer fixed in a short turnaround. I first went to the Apple store and they told me they could take me without an appointment😭. Young boy in there said they will not touch a phone that has water damage, than immediately tried to sell me a used phone that cost more than my refurbished newer device.. it also had half the storage. Then he said he could put a new screen on my damaged device but it would cost more than what I bought the phone for & he couldn't guarantee it to work...? I've never written a Yelp review in my life but this one was warranted. I dropped my phone on a trip to the Keys and it worked fine for about a week before entering a boot loop. A few times I got it to turn on but for the most part I thought all hope was lost. I brought my phone in and originally was told they couldn't help me due to water damage. The young man working in the shop stepped in and took a look to see what was possible. My phone is still water damaged and there are a few issues but the boot loop stopped completely and I was able to access some really important information

I needed my MacBook Pro fixed as there was something up with it. I googled places as one cannot get an appointment at Apple and I stumbled on Fix Apple Now! Felix was super helpful, kind and sweet! He was upfront from the beginning and made sure he looked into my computer issue in a timely manner. Once he knew what the issue was it was only an hour to get it back to normal! I felt comfortable from the initial phone call and when I walked in that sealed the deal. The office is spacious, clean and the work and professionalism the staff has is A+.

Terrible service I called to have a MacBook Air battery replaced the guy that answered the phone basically didn't know what he was talking about was rude as hell and when I told him that Apple charged 129 for the same thing he was charging me $160 for which doesn't make sense ...he was rude and hung up the phone. I would never use this place . I would go somewhere else even go to Apple because if they're charging more and they're not even Apple it doesn't make any sense at all .. be careful stay away... terrible would be understatement

I inexplicably bent my iPhone 7 Plus (without cracking the glass!) and was concerned it would eventually stop working. Aug. 8 Brian asked for$250.00 cash to update a laptop. My friend is 88 years old and did what he asked. No update was done, he pocketed the cash and we were told he no longer works there Pretty sure any store associated with Apple should have qualified employees and not have to worry about being scammed.

I am supper satisfied with the service I received from Brian at the fixapplenow in Hallandale.
My 3dr generation iPad Pro screen was shattered. Brian was able to order a new screen which arrived just a few days later. (Other stores told me that they could not get the parts for this iPad Pro as it is "too new" and the parts aren't available yet).
Once I was notified that the screen had arrived, I went to the store to drop off the iPad so the screen can be replaced. It was a late afternoon on a Sunday, 20 minuted before closing time. Brian told me that it will not be ready till

Since moving here from Dallas, I've noticed that things move way slower. That's fine, to a certain extent, because Florida is a whole different mentality/vibe. However, many times it ticks me off because people will stop to chat with coworkers in the middle of helping you, check their cell phones, speak to you as if you are disrupting their day, or walk like they have just been turned by a zombie.
I HAVE to give them 5 stars...AGAIN...I walked in,was quickly greeted (by a gentleman named Brian this time) and he had my iPad up and running in no time! He was quick, efficient,and *gasp*
