If you are unsatisfied with the quality of service or if your issue continues to occur, we're happy to diagnose the problem and solve any remaining issues at no charge. We charge a diagnostic fee of $30 per computer - that allows us to properly inspect the issue described, determine the problem, and estimate the cost & time to repair.

Mike is a great service technician. He shows up when he says he will and stays until the job is done. We had a bit of an issue with my cctv head unit by hikvision, a system I really did not need more for commercial, and he stuck with it for hours trying to figure out how to get me to remote view the cameras. He got it done. He also dropped back by after I goofed up and lost my remote view to show me how to get it back so I dont have to bother him anymore.
I highly recommend mike and his company for cctv and other pc issues you may have.

My experience with PC Doc FL was better than I could have hoped for. We worked with Mike. We have a not-so-recent laptop that crashed, more than once. Mike identified the problems, repaired them, and guided us how to prevent them from happening again. We kept having small issues because we are not technologically the most savvy, and each time Mike came back either to show us at our home or to pick up the laptop and adjust something for our needs and then return it. He was very punctual. He repaired it quickly. He called or sent texts to update us to the status. He had to run to stores for parts
