The TF3 is a high output blister machine with speeds exceeding 400 blisters per minute, making it the perfect machine for high volume production. The TF3 accommodates all types of feeding systems and printers. The TF3 Thermoformer has a unique laser feedback system to ensure continuous blister registration.
The TF1e is a superior choice for low to moderate blister production including clinical trial packaging. With speeds exceeding 90 indexes per minute and a format range of 90 mm x 165 mm, the TF1e delivers world-class standards in cGMP and standard features typically found on larger blister machines.
The precision-engineered BlisterMate executes multiple production processes without add-ons. It's a powerful blister packer with precise HMI controls so you can produce an endless variety of blister features. Save and recall recipes for frequently used processes. Thermoform or cold form, seal, and perforate with power and versatility.

Whether the customer needs a field controls upgrade or a complete rebuild done at our Odessa, FL facility, Pharmaworks can handle the project.
