We have one of their machines fail, Called trying to get a replacement part-No luck- I called everyday with the answer of "I DON'T KNOW". After a week of our line being down I got an e mail saying that they had the part in stock and could ship overnight. THEY LET OUR LINE BE DOWN FOR A WEEK before telling me they had the part in stock! NEVER AGAIN!!

We purchased a Polypack machine at the plant in which I work. Our bottles are an odd shape and are very unstable, so most equipment is not able to handle it without the bottles falling over. As it turns out, Polypack has a patent on a process to shrink wrap unstable containers, and it is the perfect solution to wrap our product. Polypack worked with us to design the perfect machine for our needs. Our overall operational efficiency has improved due to having a reliable packaging solution.
