The guys did a great job of calling when they were on their way and getting there in the time frame we agreed upon. They were there to clean the chimney (which had probably NEVER been done over three owners) and they knocked out a mud daubers nest that seemed to be clogging up the flue and helped us get the damper unstuck so we could finally use the fireplace this winter. Nice guys, got right to work, checked out the top of the chimney cover, and kept the work area very clean as they worked. Highly recommend them for the next job I need.

I can't say enough about the awesome, professional and friendly service provided by ABC Cleaning today! Devon and Lawrence are so knowledgeable and polite! ABC Cleaning was just here and did an absolutely beautiful job cleaning the air ducts at my townhouse in MetroWest, complete with thorough carpet cleanup afterwards. The crew members (Rey, Aaron, and Rodney) were supremely friendly and warm while doing top quality technical work and respecting safety guidelines. The difference in air quality in my… house is night and day and the interiors of my ducts looked squeaky clean before the vent covers went back on. 10/10 work by ABC, done with speed and care. Would absolutely work with this company again.

Other than simple chimney cleaning I would not recommend this company. I called them to get a quote on replacing my damaged "windscreen / chimney shroud". I informed them on my initial call that I had a 2 story home. Once they arrived, they cleaned the chimney flue. BUT they were afraid to get to my chimney to take measurements and therefore could not give me an estimate to repair. They would want me to rent a lift - twice before they would repair- they don't fabricate the needed parts either! While the 2 young men were nice enough, my request was not accomplished. I am Not happy

We had three estimates given to us by crooks. Many people in this industry have high base prices, dramatize the extent of your problem then attempt to charge more, and utilize cheap portable equipment that fits in a small van.
ABC CLEANING was the EXACT opposite. They didn't use scare tactics to pressure us into the service. They cost less than half of the $1000+ estimates we received from other providers. I am about to move into new home and I had ABC cleaning come out and do the duct work. I was so impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of these three guy. Ray answered every question I had and even gave me pointers on what to do to maintain a good AC unit. they give you a price and and don't deviate from it and they did everything they said that they would do. I highly recommend this company for any future jobs to be done I surely will use them again

Tony and Eddie did an exceptional job. So very polite and accommodating. I was very impressed at what all went into the duct cleaning. It's most certainly NOT just the ducts that get cleaned--it's every vent and return removed throughly washed and placed back. And if there's any dirt around the duct on the drywall they touched it up w/paint! They also re-sealed some leaks between the ducts and the air handlers. Also while up on my roof clearing the dryer vent, Tony went ahead and cleared my gutters. ABC was recommended to my by an AC company (Riffles) and I can see why--great job

Just after having a new roof installed, called ABC for estimate to replace the cap. Tech told me the "safety liner" was disconnected in a manner like it was alarming. In addition to estimate of $239.00 for the cap, added $125 to connect the liner. I agreed at the time because if this was for safety, of course I did not want a fire. Suspicious by the way the tech brought this to light. Right out of the box, it was like he looked for it and then alarmed me.
