Bel Air Apartments

Absolutely despicable business practice of not returning deposit at move out. Having lived in an apartment for THREE MONTHS it is apparently necessary to repaint the entire space! WHAT?! The apartment was left cleaner than at move in, but we were charged for painting, carpet clean and regular clean. It's quite disgusting that they even try to get away with this.

I love living here! I have lived at nice communities before but the landscape is beautiful and walking around outside is so nice. The staff has been friendly and responsive. I have only had one maintenance request so far and it was taken care of immediately. Recommend checking this place out, you won't find a more scenic community!

Where to start! Let's just say, I made a Yelp account just for this!
It's an Unsafe environment, homeless and drug addicts living in and around the complex. The homeless people have been spotted bathing in the Jacuzzi's.
No one is ever in the office nor do they answer the phone.
Every flaw and crack within complex is painted over, then you are charged for previous damage when moving out for any little thing down to the windows not being cleaned. Previous renters in the complex smoked and ruined my cloths, leaving a stench.
Vehicle was vandalized multiple times. Several fires

Now it's been 1 1/2 years, that neighbor has moved on and overall living in Bel Air Apts has been a good experience. The management is responsive and helpful. It is always kept clean and I love the trees and landscaping.
I have only been or a week, I wish that they had been more transparent about their smoking rules...there don't seem to be any. Secondhand smoke is seeping into my apartment

I have been here for a month and a half. The apartments have installed foam to block some of the smoke and have been very respondsive when I have had problems. The secondhand smoke issue

Moving and finding a place isn't easy. With the internet it makes things even more confusing. When I met Walter and he got to know my situation and what I needed it made me comfortable. He cared about what was important in a home for me and my kids. There have been a few set backs in my moving situation and Walter and his management team have accommodated. This is new for me because honestly it's rare to find great customer service and people who actually care these days. Thank you team Bel air!!! To live in a clean, modern and safe place is all I could ask for.

We had an appointment this Sat and the leasing office representative wasn't very polite. When we came in I introduced myself, she didn't even say hi, or introduce herself by name. Then I introduced my mother, same reaction. She basically proceeded with pricing, which increased with 200$ over what I was quoted few days ago. Waste of time. Attitude towards potential residents was inferior.

I lived here for a year in a 2 bedroom unit and I really enjoyed my time here. The management and maintenance were always helpful, making sure to get things fixed quickly and at the best quality possible. The complex was pretty quiet and relaxed with a ton of stuff to do nearby.

The interior of the apartment was also really nice, quaint feeling yet spacious, clean, and including a good sized storage closet and patio.

This complex is great! I don't understand the bad reviews, truly. Pay your rent on time, and you will have no problems. Management (Kristi) is knowledgeable and gets stuff done! Maintenance guy is great...goes above the call of duty. Clean apartments, great location, right in Concord. Highly recommend.

This apartment isn't for family or fun...I came with family of three and the manager of the apt told me (Lies.1) because of my child I HAVE to get a 2nd,(Lies.2) I ask is neighbors noisy and said nobody has complain.(Lies.3) took 85% of our deposit after we can got on knee just to clean the place.I gave 2 star just because maintenance is really good and landscape is above average but 2 particular cursed females a mother and so called daughter that live there abide by Satan and I would avoid living there.John 3 16

Informatory review for all. This place discriminates against family's with children. Last I knew a one bedroom unit has a max occupancy of 3 people, we tried renting form this place and Kristi told my wife no you can't rent a 1 bedroom with a child you have to get a 2 bedroom. I lived at bel air apartments for 3 and half years. things in my apartment are starting to fall apart here. the complex starting to look very dirty.. everytime i ask for something to be fixed the office tells me that i have to play to have to pay for it. im thinking of moving out. some apartments are being broking into.

I truly believe 1 star is too many to give this apartment complex. Their management is horrible. There is something always wrong with the hot tubs. On multiple occasions I have taken my trash out to find people dumpster diving. Also, bugs! Once the disgustingly awful people below me moved out I started to find bugs everywhere. I notified the manager who did nothing. Stay as far away from this apartment complex as you can.
