Atlas 42 is more than just an event space - we are an unparalleled event venue with a range of spaces suited to different types of events. Our Northern Hemisphere room can host 220+ people and our Southern Hemisphere room can host 250+ people, respectively. Our venue also features indoor and outdoor seating with our patio and courtyard options, which can comfortably accommodate 100 people.
Dawn provided skilled patience, absolute dedication, and impeccable attention to detail. The supporting staff were professional, friendly, and accommodating. The food floored even the pickiest "foodies" from the Richmond/Charlottesville area (please try the lamb). We were lucky enough to stumble upon this venue and if you are too, you won't regret it.

Thank you Dawn, Christina, and the rest of the Atlas 42 staff for making our wedding day so perfect and special! Everything from the personalized menu (which was DELICIOUS), to the cute decor and fun atmosphere was so perfect.

We had the rehearsal dinner at Atlas 42 for our son and his fiancé in October and everyone had a wonderful time. We met with Dawn before to decide on the menu and setup, and the staff was very accommodating as well as friendly. The food was delicious and enjoyed by all. It’s a nice open area, yet had a familiar warmth that allowed the two families and many friends to mingle, get to know each other better and enjoy some of the games that were offered. The whole experience helped the rest of the weekend go smoothly. Such a fun and perfect evening! Thanks Atlas 42 for your excellent service😊

Dawn and the entire Atlas 42 team was amazing! We could not have made it through this without them! Dawn was so supportive, helpful and fun to work with and was with me from start to finish. The rehearsal and wedding were perfect! The food was insanely delicious, the vibes were happy and light, and they all worked to make this day amazing for us. I would recommend Atlas 42 a million times over to anyone and everyone! Per the groom- "Our wedding couldn't have gone any better anywhere else! They had amazing food, a great drink selection and they put up with all our craziness! They were perfect!"

We recently hosted a corporate event for a group of 60 people. This was the only venue we looked and did not take more than few minutes to finalize the venue.
The venue coordinator Ivy was very prompt, helpful and flexible. The entire organization was according to the requests and executed to perfection.
The icing in the cake was the food (not to forget the diversified menu options for Veg, Meat Eaters, Vegans). The best part of the event was the delicious food served in the buffet. They even took care of the request to make deserts without eggs as per the preference of the few guests.

We had our wedding here in August 2021 - everything was completely above and beyond our expectations! They were so patient with us postponing the date TWICE (thanks, COVID), and thus changing the guest count, floor plan, and total package numerous times. They were able to tailor the food and set-up to exactly what we wanted, even changing small details at the last minute. On the day of the celebration, they threw in some "extras" we were not expecting, and we arrived to find they had even taken care of setting up our table centerpieces the night before (which we had planned to do ourselves.) We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Atlas 42. We have no complaints, really, none. Dawn and her staff were excellent! They went beyond our expectations. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We felt like we had personal assistants helping us along the way and helped us put up our decorations too. And the FOOD! OMG the food was awesome and presented professionally. Our guests are still raving about the Stuffed Mushrooms! The price was very affordable and reasonable. We are very satisfied. Thanks Dawn and staff for making our day very special and our guests very comfortable.

A really nice rustic themed place to have a wedding. They started 30 mins late. The big woman with grey hair had an attitude and was extremely rude throwing her hands up cutting us off as we were explaining stuff. But she was the only one. The other staff was amazing!! I would absolutely recommend this place for a big gathering event. Hilton and Marriott hotels are 1-2 mins away and bars are right next to venue so you can walk instead of driving.

I just moved to Richmond and am slowly moving my way across the city exploring and trying out new places. I love that Atlas 42 is conveniently located just north of the city with ample parking and a lovely industrial feel. I recently attended a whiskey pairing dinner there and was blown away by the great drinks, live band and creative cuisine. I didn't expect to be so impressed with the food but my friend that attended with me as well as my table-mates were all joking about the hope that they would accidentally plate an extra course so we could enjoy even more.

As a couple who never envisioned or planned for a "big" wedding, Atlas 42 made a dream we didn't even know we had come true, from the ceremony to the send off. I had reservations at a nearby brewery to hold a graduation party in July, but due to COVID-19 and these uncertain times, they were unable to provide a finite answer as to whether or not they’d be able to accommodate a party of 50 guests. I haven't attended any events at Atlas 42, but I did go today to scope out space for potential hosting of events that I'm producing.
There is a lot of space with a lot of sectioning up that could happen so that multiple events are going on at once--or for accommodating lots of people. Indoor space and outdoor space. Patios, outdoor bars... the bathrooms are even well-done.
It's a very nice venue, and pricing is based on lots of factors--day, time, length of event, space needed, food/beverage, etc.
I'm looking forward to receiving my price quote to see the viability of having

Atlas 42 is a fantastic new age venue that can support up to 300-500 people depending on the season. It has an industrial feel with a stage for presentation or music and separate sections for holding multiple presentations at the same time. The venue is located next door to the Innsbrook Hilton to provide lodging if necessary. If you get the opportunity to come out for a public happy hour on Wednesday, please check them out.
