I Love the staff at this office so Caring and Professional. I had been having a hard time loosing weight and it was affecting my health. Well i came to see Dr. Alobeid in 3/30/21. Since then i have lost almost 30 pounds and down 3 pants sizes! My health has also improved. My blood pressure is lower and my A1C is lower. This is just a heads up the website isn't synchronization with the in-house appointment system .I scheduled an appointment 2 or 3 weeks ago and I was told I have to wait 2 months to see the doctor . Because he isn't seeing new patient until then . If I would have taken the time to call and verify I would just have one month to go to start my weight loss journey now I have to wait 2 . So please don't use their online scheduling system and if you already have call to get an actual appointment. The front desk was very kind and I was scheduled a new appointment lesson learned .I will give five stars

I haven't lost much weight, no more than 10lbs. I have been going here since 2/2021. I have taken the medication regiment daily. Now I have called almost daily for a week. I can't get anyone on the phone or refills. I think the only reason I've been holding on is I'm afraid if I quit, I'll gain more weight... but I guess that's up to me. I have decided to be done today.
