This place is terrible 😒 the very first time I came here the nurse was rude! Didn’t give me no guidance on weight loss or even dieting. She gave me a piece of paper and said you can follow the meal plan if you want. Very very unprofessional the injections are cheaper here that’s about it

I have been going to BW for years now and have dealt with Ms. Jerry’s terrible attitude and customer service enough. Today I visited the new location on 97th and western where things seemed a bit chaotic and busy . I waited about 20 minutes to be seen when Jerry called me in to the room and I asked for the shot and medication as I texted my daughter I would be returning to the car soon she said” you can not text in my office” as if I was an elementary student, I explained it was my child and so she proceeded with the shot same I been getting for years . She inserted the bevel and than rotated

This was my first visit and it was one that encouraged me not to return. The woman who gave me the shot had a negative attitude and was not friendly at all. She acted as if I should know what to do and gave me no direction. She was very condescending. It didn’t feel like a professional medical atmosphere and I have never had such a negative experience at any place that serves me medically.

Totally disgusted. For years I have supported this location. Knowing that I purchased the same injections online for half the price. Well with the so call "New" system if you don't use all of Lipo injection you paid within the time frame they give you, which is 3 or 4 weeks. You lose them regardless of the weather or whatever turns life gives you.
Sad to say I will not return, I felt betrayed as a client. Beware people, do your homework

I used to go to this place at the Beverly location. It's unprofessional with a lot of high school age girls trying to get their Nursing hours. If you're looking for quality product, look elsewhere! For cheap and quick services, this is the place to come to. I don't know if these reviews are left by the same person, but I've been to this place, and these people are getting paid to leave these reviews!!!

Lack of professionalism in the Beverly location. There are 2 MA's I would see. Unfortunately I never caught thier names. One is Hispanic and the other African American. The Hispanic young lady was always friendly and would have small talk before my injection. However, the other MA always seemed annoyed. The 1st time I came in she was standing there with a Nurse (which I found out after I met her). They both just looked at me. So I had to ask them what do I do... I was puzzled because why didnt they ask me how they could help. I'm the customer. Not to mention when I met with the Nurse she never

Awesome service and for my first time there on a Saturday ..it was busy had a lot of new patients but the staff still greeted everyone who walked in the door nothing but smiles that made my day.. I like how the staff moves & works together getting everyone out on this busy Saturday & so they can continue on with their day.. The lack of structure should have made it evident to me that this was a slipshod operation. On my cash allowed (no credit cards), which suggests some shady business practices. No appointments allowed. Open 3/7 data a week at odd hours. Inconsistency with regard to who provides injections. And a no real counseling. Only part time employees. On my 5th visit, I learned from a different provider that medication

I've been going to this place since March 22 2017 I weighed 196 initially upon my first visit and now I currently weigh 165 as of June 2017. It was not just the pills and the B12 that did all the hard work, it was my own efforts as well such as, proportional eating, and 45-minutes workouts. A lot of my friends have been attending since then and they are making huge progress. I don't know what the future holds with this program but it has put me in the right direction of weight loss and a healthier life.

My experience at A Better Weight, has been phenomenal. I started this journey mid January and here it is April 11 and I have lost a total of 30 pounds. I have lost several inches off my waist and mid section. I'm go to the gym 3-4 times per week, and I'm now living a healthier life style. A better weigh on Sheridan days it opens at 2pm and at the location it has these hours as well. I wanted to make sure I get there when they open and it was 2:30 and the doors were still locked and nobody was there. How does a business not open when they are suppose to? Not like there was a sign on the door or anything...website says walk-ins are welcomed. This was very unprofessional to me

Purchased a certificate from Living Social. Called the number multiple times, no answer during their business hours, mailbox was full. Sent messages. No response. I had to be in one of the northern suburbs, so I went out of my way during the business hours stated. No one there. Spent $14 to park for six minutes to find out that no one was there.
Is this any way to run a business? Why bother to rent space in Chicago if you're not going to be open?

I've been here a couple of times now & have no complaints. As someone else described, the doctor's bedside manner isn't the best but she isn't terrible; she's just cut & dry & to the point. You're with her all of 5-10 minutes so it isn't unbearable. Other than that, I haven't been disappointed by the other ladies there; they're very friendly & helpful. Also, the different products haven't disappointed either. I usually lost about 10 pounds in 2 weeks but am my own enemy & haven't followed through as I should with a healthy diet & excercise. But the products work, along with your own hard work.

Says they accept walk-in appointments 2-6 pm. I got there at 5:55pm to pick up a quick refill and they had already locked the doors. I pleaded with the woman at the front desk to please let me in- she saw me get out if a taxi right in front. She just smiled and said "no- we are closed." She could not have cared any less.

I admit I was hesitant to go to this clinic, but I thought I'd give it a chance since its not far from me. I'm so happy that I gave this location a chance! The receptionists are so friendly and professional. The nurse/weight loss consultant is an amazing and honest person! I tried the lipo/ignite shots and they worked so well for me! They gave me so much energy and helped with stubborn fat loss. I also tried their crave pills and it helped me as well. So I finally decided to give this place a chance despite the negative reviews regarding customer/patient care, big mistake. I went in on a Monday evening, they're open 2pm - 6pm, I arrived at 5:15pm and was turned away. The young lady at the desk was really kind, she asked the the nurse(Ms. Shaffer) if I could be seen and Ms. Shaffer said no. The young lady was still pleasant and offered to let me complete the forms so that I wouldn't have to do it when I return. Despite today's disappointment, I will return because I am on a weight loss journey. I will update this review after
