charged my debit card and told me if i pay 1.00 for the membership the next time i come i could get detailed for 26.99 they took out 34.99 out of my bank account and did not clean my car good at all poor job i could have done better myself i will not ever go back

I will highly recommend all their customers to check their vehicles for scratches before entering the wash cycle they have a brushe almost at the end of the cycle that scratched my 2 vehicles and they didn't take responsibility

It's a hit or miss with this place. Driver and passenger side looks amazing. Middle row ok but they always forget the cup holders period. And the 3 row I guess they just get the part that can be reached standing outside the car. Because it's never cleaned right and I have a $36 monthly membership why I don't know. Well maybe because they do an awesome job in the front.

I usually come here when I come visit family. The two stars are because $18 is a steal compared to the $35 I pay in Atlanta. Still, after every clean they do, I still have some cleaning to do. There’s still crumbs and dust on the dashboard. There’s still paper on the floor…
I won’t nitpick about the vacuum job because they get the most of it since I spend a lot of time hiking and track dirt everywhere but the big stuff is gone.
Again, for $18, I’m not expecting top notch but I’d like to not have to point out stains after they’re done cleaning the inside.

When you pay for a car wash that is what you should get! "Look your best" wash $25, they should do their best to wash the car and make it look as good as possible. I didn't pay for a detail but I did pay for a car wash and they did not do a good job! I pointed out multiple places they missed wiping down. There is still dirt on the running boards, the wheels and under the door handles. That is after I complained to the manager and he went over it again. Learn how to treat your customers! To say the least I am not satisfied and will not spend another $ at Pals car wash!!!

The drive-through car wash works well, and the guys there that do the interior cleaning do a pretty good job. If you have anything and specific you need done, just mention it to them.

Went to get my husband's car cleaned before leaving for vacation. There was a lot of dirt and dog hair, so we were wanting to make sure it was nice and clean when lugging all of our stuff to our trip. Pal's only did the bare minimum. They took about 10 minutes max, and there was still visible dog hair and dirt in the car. There were still stains on the dash that I easily wiped away with a cloth when I got home. We ended up spending 30-45 minutes cleaning the inside again when we got home. There was no attention to detail. I understand it's not going to be perfect, but when paying

Good place but the biggest thing that helps the car wash is the guy up front . Use yo they would pre soak and brush the front , the back , and the windshield which helped and spray the fender wells . But all that they are lacking in. Now it seems they only spray the front a little bit. With a low pressure

I always get the 25$ inside and out wash. The last few visits I have not been pleased. Example this visit today my driver seat was not vacuumed out nor were the seats moved back to vacuum. The doors didn’t seem to be wiped down good at all. I’m definitely going to be spending my money somewhere else. Sorry Pals but after the last 3 visits and you still can’t get it done good.

They neglect to tell you your unlimited payment is automatically auto-drafted.
Manager at the Dalton location said it's written in the paper work you sign....well if your sitting there and other customers are waiting you don't get a chance to read it.
The car I previously had was under that " contract " when i traded my vehicle they still were deducting the money from my account.
Im not paying for a service im not receiving and feel my money should be reimbursed to me.. especially since I do not own the car.
Still waiting on my refund....

Well, I have some mixed views of this visit. The reason for 2 is because the cleaning job was pretty pathetic. The windshield looked horrible. The whole undercarriage area was filthy. They didn't hit those spots that are hard to see when standing beside the car, but are noticeable when walking towards the car. It was a complete rip off for the price. Don't pay for the hand wash!

On a positive note they were very friendly. They did help with a couple of things like putting air in one of the tires. Although my gf should not have had to ask for this. There was a blaring light on the dash

Just had truck washed at Pal's, when the guys didn't dry/wipe wheels they said no longer included in the $8.00 wash. For years this was included with basic, (then $7.00), wash mostly because the carwash does not get your wheels clean. I spoke to a manager and he tells me now this only a basic wash with bug removal. So I went to the vacuum area cleaned my wheels. I will be finding a new wash solution for my cars and canceling the wash subscription I have another vehicle.
