In 1983 Jim Grant Sr Started East Ridge Car Wash with his two sons Jim & Chuck Grant. They started with a small building with bright red awning, and a staff of 4. Today Chuck runs the car wash, Jim runs the Fast Lube Oil Change, and Jake Grant (Chucks son) runs the Express Detail. Almost 30 years after they started the car wash, they still have the same philosophy - doing a quality job, with integrity, and treating everyone with respect.

This was our first trip to East Ridge Car Wash which we went to because of the high ratings. We went on a Friday at 2:30 PM and they were swamped (the cashier told us the best time to visit was MON-WED, but not during lunch hour).
The external wash was good but not great, because there were some spots they missed. The internal vacuuming was good but not great because again, there was some dirt they missed. And cleaning the interior window surfaces was good but not great because they missed some of the fog at the base of the windshield where it meets the dashboard.

Natalie and James are FANTASTIC! Always a great day to see them. They do such a wonderful job and their customer service is amazing and the smiles they put on your face!!! The other staff is great too, but those 2 are the best! Highly recommended!

Usually East Ridge Car Wash does a decent job on my truck but Saturday I could have done better with a hose pipe and paper towels. I always get the special number 2 on my truck. And this time they really did the number 2 on my truck. The windows had smudges on them. The truck had dirt and spots all on it. There were pieces of towel lint all on my truck. The insides were not wiped good. When I took it back they told me my truck got dirty because I drove it through the east ridge tunnel when I left. They said the smudges were my tint going bad. I know the difference between a smudge and tint going

For a thorough car wash and/or an oil change and even full auto repair services these guys are the best! The employees here are always so courteous. They take time to do a thorough job vacuuming the mats and seats and wiping down the interior. Then after the wash, they towel dry all the nooks and crannies. My car always feels so nice and fresh and looks way better than when I try to do it myself. I highly recommend it!

Was so disappointed with the services here. Paid $30 for inside/outside detailing and while the outside was clean and they definitely cleaned the windows, the inside was still incredibly dirty, and the staff knew it because they said, “try some soap and water at home.”
I’ve paid for such a poor quality job (or paid for them to tell me to do it myself). Cannot recommend this place.

Just moved to TN, and finally found a full service car wash. Paid over $30 for wash and detail. Wash was so-so. ZERO detail. There was gravel and mud in the door seals, dash and all interior not cleaned. Seats were filthy and had to use a lint brush to clean them, carpet looked like a few swipes were taken across it with the vacuumed, that’s it. Not going to fight over it, but will be going through Suds and doing my own vacuuming and cleaning for a lot less$$ since I had to do it today after a “detail” job. So disappointed.

Paid for most expensive service when there were multiple issues when they said I was done and tried to have them re-addressed nothing was fixed spoke with the owner would not refund any money at all offered another car wash if they couldn’t get it right the first time or the second why would I give them a third chance 100% do not recommend terrible service terrible management
