I don't know about mobile repair, but I have had the worst experience with their LCD buyback program. I sent some LCD's in during the beginning of August and I have still not received my payment for them. I was sent a offer for $85 and accepted, but after providing my address I never received my check!! I called (got voicemail every time) and emailed numerous times and never got a response. Finally I faxed a typed letter threatening to go to the BBB and possibly seek legal counsel since I had not received my money and I got a timely response from Joseph who apologized for the delay of
