Communication between the members of the company management is non existant. I have had two experiences with them where my time, and the time for my shipment to either arrive or be sent stretched into a void. They claim not to have received pertinent emails from clients, and they behave as if shipping regulations should be the expertise of the customer. If you want someone to work with you, offer clever solutions and cover your corners, and keep you informed, or simply reply to your email, answer your phone call, and respond in any way...... then go find someone, anyone else.
