I have been using Excalibur since 2014, I wish I could be writing a positive review about my experiences with them. December 2018 I shipped a original 6ftx6ft painting with Excalibur that arrived to my client with extensive damage.
The painting was shipped in a cardboard box instead of a crate and my clients first reaction was "The painting looks like it was shipped to Afghanistan and back on a bus."
I tried to resolve the issue fairly with Excalibur who had no intent to apply insurance to the issue. I was ignored repeatedly and finally after receiving a promise to make things right

Took care of my shipping needs from the UK to the US without a hitch. Fast, fair, well packed and protected. Robert and his crew went the extra mile to help us pack up my uncles estate and ship it here to Los Angeles which helped us an incredible amount.

This is a fraud company,their commitment is false and I will never recommend anyone to go ahead with excalbur. I have booked my stuff from concord,NH to Reno,NV on 7th of july. And it was their committeemen to deliver the stuff within 10 days. Today is 6th of august and they are not able to provide me any update regarding where is my stuff.Even they are not picking my phone.

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE! I had some valuable items packed extremely well sent across the country..
They CRUSHED the box with my items in it...They DID NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for my broken items...
I CALLED, EMAILED many many times with no response...
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This company is absolutely terrible and blatantly lied to me on the phone about the flights they took to deliver my package. I asked for flight numbers which they could not provide. They guaranteed my package would arrive by 9am and it showed up many hours later. They claimed that there was a malfunction with the plane however I checked every American flight that they say they used and every one of them was on time. NEVER use this company. There are far more reputable couriers out there. This is the last time I let one of my vendors talk me into using someone new.
