Founded in 1990 by Kelly Kensy and her good friend, Catering By The Valley is a subsidiary of The Valley, that is dedicated to providing the highest quality catering service at an affordable price. We provide full-service custom catering for any corporate, individual, or business related events within Western New York.
Guaranteed guest count and menu must be placed 7 days prior to function, after which guest count may increase but NOT decrease. This is a guaranteed guest count for which you will be charged even if fewer guests arrive. If your function is scheduled to begin and is delayed - you are responsible for extra expenses that may occur.

We are a full-service catering company and offer a face-to-face meeting at your home or wedding reception location to show you menu plans and pictures of past buffet lines.
Catering By The Valley can provide you with the opportunity to custom create your own menus! You can choose your favorite entrees, side dishes, and vegetables to create your perfect party. Food will be delivered hot, ready to serve, and in disposable containers. Full service is available upon request.
Our newly renovated banquet room is available for your party needs! With a separate entrance, private restroom and covered patio, our banquet room provides the perfect venue for your event. Catering options can be tailored to your exact needs. Consider a full service dinner package or something from our lighter fare menu.

I've eaten there a dozen times in the past year. The quality of every meal is far above many 5 star places I've been too. Just had the Ahi Tuna steak served over perfect rice, slivered veggies (garnish), El Dante broccoli and came with a side salad. The Tuna just melted in my mouth. Everything was super fresh! Don't know how they do it!Couldn't have been happier!
